My husband and I were staying one night to celebrate our anniversary. When I went to check in, I was surprised with an upgraded room. I called early to see about adding something special to the room and they suggested champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. My husband ate them all! Parking was a bit of an issue. We brought a large pick up and didn’t want to use vallet. There was absolutely no where to park on the street and the nearest parking garage did not accommodate large pickups or SUVs. Overall, I was happy with our stay.

My one is that gross me out at a hotel is mold in the toilet and sink and shower areas there was not much but enough to catch my attention also the carpet was sticky in some areas that I told my granddaughter to wear her flip flop other that we enjoyed the stay and my granddaughter told herself the hotel was amazing this is coming from 5 years old. Thank you!!

Not recommended. Between the false advertising (stated there was shuttle service, there was not, stated that the bar/restaurant was available- nope), the condition of the room (old and outdated), furniture was broken- see picture, and overpriced.

The hotel is very clean, pillows are comfortable and bedding is good quality. The hotel is older and could use new carpet on the stairs but overall it looks good. Water pressure is excellent and the view from 9th floor room was fantastic.
I was surprised I was being charged $50 Per Night incidental fees. Breakfast had poor reviews and for $25, I went elsewhere. Parking in the adjacent parking garage is confusing. The Skybridge to Wyndham Grand hotel access is on level 2 of the Santa Fe Plaza parking garage. You're not given this information, so you're welcome. Lots of places for breakfast and lunch but more scarce options for evening dining.
OKC underground is close by, it's worth finding!

It is clear that this property is in serious need of an infusion of capital. The common areas are dirty/dusty and just look tired. In the rooms, the carpets are stained/look dirty, the furniture is stained/damaged/worn out, items were missing from our rooms (trash can & iron). We were there for the OKC Marathon which started very early SUnday morning - well before the restaurant was open so all we had available was the market snacks and Starbucks coffee machine. Half way through our first cup of coffee, the machine ran out and the registration staff were unable to refill it. So no coffee for us - which seems like the minimum the hotel would want to ensure since a large number of guests were there for the same event.

Stayed here a few times and it is good quality, but the room we had this time didn't measure up. The floors/carpet were sticky and dirty. Not a huge deal but the curtains were broken so didn't shut all the way and were hanging from the top.

We were in town for an event. The price seemed a little high when booking (nearly $300 for a king room), but I had stayed there years ago and remembered it being nice, so I went ahead with the reservation.
I'd say that our room was past its prime, in need of some TLC. Carpets and upholstery need deep-cleaned or replaced. Discovered at the last minute that there was no regular coffee in the room, only decaf and tea. Our room faced a busy street intersection, so it catches a LOT of street noise. The bed and bedding were fine.
At check-in we were offered a late check out for a fee of $35. Other hotels we've stayed at in the area for this annual event were granting complimentary late checkout.
Valet parking was $35 plus tip.
Won't return and won't recommend.
