Unprofessional, unsmiling staff: meeting guests in the elevator, working area still focused on the phone/working without greeting; room hygiene is not up to 5-star quality: bathroom floor is still dirty, curtains are moldy, wet. There are staff serving at the swimming pool but almost just "for show". Maybe the fault in the bathroom is due to faulty hand washing faucet during construction
