This is our second stay at Muong Thahn. We had an enjoyable stay at the property. Room was large, Shower was good with a shower curtain. Staff was very helpful. Propery was upscale. Breakfast was very good with many selections for a healthy meal. Pool and fitness center nearby was good. Again we had a very nice stay at Muong Thanh.

Worst experience, first time staying and last time. When I arrived at the lobby, no one came out to guide me to park, no greetings at the reception desk, no welcome drink, no instructions after receiving the card, I asked for breakfast time or where the elevator was, but I got an answer. That day, I saw the hotel lobby was under construction and covered with tarpaulin. The room was old and smelled musty, the pillows and mattress were hard. The room had poor air circulation, so I had a headache when I woke up. Overall, I didn't like it.

The shower in the bathroom is very small, not enough to wash your hair, have to go outside to wash it. The breakfast buffet is the worst of all the Muong Thanh hotels I've stayed at.
