Close to Tram Huong Tower, quick and easy access to the beach. The room for my husband and I was neat, clean, and fully equipped. The hotel also supported us to check in before 12 noon. Thank you Sun City Hotel for giving my husband and I a memorable and pleasant experience. Next time I come to NT, I will book here again 🥰

The hotel is super close to the beach and the center, convenient to go anywhere. We had a great vacation, the hotel receptionist was very friendly and enthusiastic. The hotel has good service, beautiful rooms, clean, cleaned daily if guests need, the bathroom is clean and spacious. Everything is great, I had a good night's sleep. The elevator smells a bit, the hotel should fix this.

The room was dirty when I checked in, the old guest's trash was still in the trash can, the staff in the photo was extremely extremely extremely (important story repeated 3 times) unpleasant with the guests on travoloka, did not clearly explain the parking fee issue, she argued with the guests alone, extremely bad attitude, the room card was broken, she said there was no way to solve it, she could only go to the room and ask the security guard to open the door for her, in general it was very bad, regardless of 3 stars or not, but the attitude she had when talking to guests was extremely rude, especially for guests who booked on the app like me, you should consider carefully when booking a room here.........

very ok guys. the receptionists are great. very supportive. on the rooftop there is a pretty clean swimming pool. I went up but didn't use it because the owner went to the beach. 200m walk to the beach, there are also restaurants and massages.
