The receptionist saw the guests coming and did not help with luggage, I broke my suitcase here because it was big and heavy but I had to carry it up the stairs with quite high steps.
Convenient location, city center.
The room was quite stuffy and stuffy, the dressing table was opposite the bed so it was a bit scary.

The room is run down, the walls are stained with water, moldy, and don't look clean. The hotel should repair it, the window is broken, can't be opened, no parking space..!

Room rates do not include breakfast, the hotel does not have parking, guests must pay for parking themselves.! Treveloka Please note this clearly for guests to know.! Wife is weak and cannot access.!

The receptionist was enthusiastic. I arrived early so I called the hotel to ask if the room was ready and the receptionist immediately arranged a vacant room without having to wait until the time. The receptionist enthusiastically helped me bring my suitcase to the room because it was a bit cumbersome for 2 mothers and a small baby. Housekeeping cleaned the room and kept it clean and tidy.

Stayed here twice. Very trustworthy until the third time. Asked for a high floor but when I arrived they gave me a room on the 1st floor. The room was moldy, very smelly, old room, toilet smelled of sewer, toilet water was slow. Did the staff stay in that room yet they gave it to the customer so badly?

The hotel is located in the center, near Da Lat market, near Xuan Huong lake, Lam Vien square, very convenient to move.
The hotel is clean, basic amenities are complete, the staff are all friendly, enthusiastic and cute.

My room window was broken so I contacted the reception to check. The staff tried to fix it but it didn't work and said they would call the technical department to fix it the next day. However, I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and still no one came to fix the window and had to sleep in the room with the sound of a level 3 storm blowing loudly.
