Ketuk Ajukan Reschedule untuk memulai prosesnya.

Masukkan detail reschedule Anda

Pilih penerbangan dan penumpang yang Anda ingin ajukan untuk reschedule. Lalu, pilih jenis reschedule Anda dan ketuk Lanjutkan.

Pilih Penerbangan Baru

Cari penerbangan baru, dengan melengkapi detailnya. pilih penerbangan yang Anda inginkan dan lanjutkan.

Selesaikan Pembayaran Anda

Konfirmasi detail dan biaya tambahan untuk reschedule Anda, dan selesaikan pembayaran sebelum batas waktu habis.

Terima E-tiket Baru Anda

Setelah proses Easy Reschedule selesai, e-tiket baru Anda bisa dilihat di Pesanan dan juga akan dikirim ke email Anda.

How to Check Flight Reschedule Policy

Kebijakan reschedule penerbangan bisa dilihat saat mencari penerbangan atau setelah pembelian tiket, di aplikasi dan di website Traveloka.

Saat mencari penerbangan

Cari penerbangan di Traveloka

Pilih penerbangan yang Anda inginkan, lalu ketuk tombol Lanjut.

Ketuk kartu penerbangan di atas (di bawah tulisan “Ketuk untuk melihat detail produk”).

Temukan tab Info Reschedule di atas lalu ketuk untuk membaca Kebijakan Umum, Periode Reschedule, dan Biaya Reschedule penerbangan tersebut.

Setelah pembelian tiket

Masuk ke Pesanan di aplikasi Traveloka Anda. Menunya bisa ditemukan di bagian bawah tengah.

Pilih penerbangan/pesanan yang Anda ingin lihat kebijakannya.

Ketuk tab Refund & Reschedule di atas lalu pilih Reschedule.

Ketuk KETENTUAN di bawah penerbangan yang Anda inginkan.

Di sana Anda dapat melihat Kebijakan Umum, Periode Reschedule, dan Biaya Reschedule.

Setelah tanggal penerbangan lewat

Jika tanggal penerbangan Anda sudah lewat, Anda harus mengetuk ikon bon di pojok kanan atas halaman Pesanan.

Ini adalah halaman daftar pembelian. Temukan penerbangan yang sudah lewat dengan mengetuk Filter di area kanan atas dan pilih Tipe Produk - Pesawat.

Select Purchase Date and set it to your desired date range, then tap Save.

On the list of purchases shown, select the booking you want.

Select the flights under Product Details.

Tap on the Refund & Reschedule tab at the top, then select Reschedule.

Tap POLICY for the flight you want

There you can see the Reschedule General Policy, Validity Date, and Reschedule Fee.

Can I reschedule any flight through Easy Reschedule?

Not every flight is supported by Easy Reschedule. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out if your flight is eligible for Easy Reschedule.

How to Check Flight Reschedule Policy

You can check a flight’s reschedule policy when making a booking for your flight or after booking is made, both in app and desktop. See how below:

Via App

When Searching for a Flight

Select Flights on your Traveloka App and enter your flight details. Then, tap Search.
Select the flight(s) you want and review the summary of your trip/booking. Then, tap on Select/Continue.
After you continue, tap on the flight card above (under Tap to see product details).
Then, tap on the Reschedule Info tab above. There, you should see the reschedule policy of your flight.

After Flight Booking is Made

Open your Traveloka App and tap on My Booking, located at the bottom center of the homepage.
Then, tap on the flight you want to see the reschedule policy of. If your departure date has passed, you would have to tap on the bill icon on the top right of the page first.
After that, tap on the Refund & Reschedule tab at the top. Then, tap on Reschedule. There, you will see the reschedule policy for your flight.

Via Desktop

When Searching for a Flight

Select Flights on the Traveloka homepage.
Enter your flight details and press Search Flights.
Select the flight you want first.
Then, press on Flight Details and press on the Reschedule tab. There, you will see the reschedule policy for your flight.

After Flight Booking is Made

Go to the Traveloka homepage and press My Booking, located at the top of the page. If you can’t find your flight there, it means that your departure date has passed and you would have to press on Purchase List.
Select the flight you want to see the reschedule policy of by pressing on Details.
Then, press Request Reschedule to see the reschedule policy of your flight. Don’t worry, your reschedule request hasn't started when you press Request Reschedule.

Can I change the date, time or route of my flight through Easy Reschedule?

Some airlines allow changes for date, time, route, and airline, while some only allow changes for date and time. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each airline’s policy.

Why does it cost so much to reschedule a flight ticket?

There are two reasons why your reschedule costs have gone up:

There are only a few seat(s) left on your new flight

If this is the case, this will be reflected through the Fare Difference price.

Ticket prices usually increase when there are only a few seat(s) left on the plane. This can be caused due to the date, time, or flight you chose are highly sought out by other travelers as well.

Another reason could also be because the new flight date/time you chose is very close to the date/time you made your reschedule, which makes the seating more limited.

You requested a reschedule very close to the original departure date

If this is the case, this will be reflected through the Airline Reschedule Fee price.

This happens because some airlines charge a higher reschedule fee if you request a flight close to the departure date.

Are changes of passengers' names or details allowed?

You are not allowed to change any passengers’ names or details that you have entered in the original booking. If additional information such as date of birth is required in the new booking, we will prompt you to enter it.

Can I use the Easy Reschedule feature at any time?

Each airline has a different policy regarding rescheduling time limit. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each airline's policy.

I have a multi-airline connecting flight (e.g. Jakarta – Surabaya by Lion Air and Surabaya – Denpasar by Garuda). Is it possible to reschedule only one leg of my journey?

Unfortunately, partial rescheduling is not allowed for this condition. You would have to reschedule the whole route together.

My booking consists of multiple passengers. Can I reschedule for selected passengers only?

Each airline has a different policy regarding reschedule for multiple passengers. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each ariline's policy.

Can Easy Reschedule be applied to infant passengers?

Of course. However, infant passengers must already be at least 2 months old on the new flight date

I have purchased travel insurance in my original booking. Can I transfer them to my new booking?

Travel insurance from your original booking can be transferred to your new booking, subject to the applied terms and conditions. However, you would need to contact your insurance provider directly to inform them about your new flight itinerary.

I used coupon to pay for my original booking. Will it be applied to my new booking?

Unfortunately, coupon used in the original booking cannot be transferred to the new booking. Therefore, you will need to pay the discounted amount when rescheduling.

Does Easy Reschedule impose any additional fees?

Easy Reschedule is subject to Traveloka Service Fee. Additional charges from airlines may also apply.

Is the displayed price the total price?

Yes, the price displayed is the total price that must be paid to reschedule the selected flight(s) and passenger(s).

How long does it take to receive my new e-ticket?

You will receive your new e-ticket within 30 minutes upon payment confirmation.

Does Easy Reschedule support payment in any currency?

Some airlines support transactions made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) only, while some support all currency. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each airline’s policy.

I have booked a round-trip flight. Is it possible to reschedule only one leg of my journey?

Only some airlines allow partial rescheduling on round-trip flights. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each airline’s policy.

If the new flight fare is lower than my original booking fare, will I get a refund?

The policy regarding payment surplus is different for each airline. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions section to find out more about each airline’s policy.

How long does it take for my payment surplus to be returned?

Your payment surplus will be returned within 2 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted in Easy Reschedule?

We accept all payment methods for Easy Reschedule. However, please note that if the total price is lower than the minimum threshold, some payment methods might not be available.

Is Easy Reschedule available on all Traveloka platforms?

Yes, Easy Reschedule is available on Traveloka web (desktop and mobile), as well as Traveloka App.

If I had selected a paid seat during booking, can I use the amount to pay for my new booking?

Unfortunately, any amount paid for seat selection cannot be carried over into a new booking.

What is an Open Ticket?

What is an open ticket?

An open ticket is almost similar to rescheduling your ticket, but with more flexibility. While rescheduling requires you to set your new date up front, an open ticket allows you to choose the dates later, hence the “open” status. An open ticket has a longer validity period, although the specifics may vary among airlines. When deciding on your new travel dates, make sure it is within your open ticket’s validity period.

How to request for an open ticket?

Contact our customer service via My Inbox on Traveloka App and provide your Traveloka Booking ID (9-digit numbers).

Please note that not all airlines provide the open ticket option. To check your airline’s detailed policy, see the Airline Status & Policies tab.

What is a reroute?

While a reschedule requires you to change your travel dates, a reroute means you’re requesting changes for your point of origin, your destination, and/or your transit city. Change fee and fare difference might apply depending on your airline.

How to request for a reroute?

Contact our customer service via My Inbox on Traveloka app and provide your Traveloka Booking ID (9-digit numbers).

How to Book a Flight with the Reschedule+ Feature

Select Flights on the Traveloka homepage and enter your flight details. Then, tap Search

Choose a flight with the Reschedule+ label. The Reschedule+ feature only applies to some airlines.

See the Reschedule Info for more details about Reschedule+. Once you are certain with the information, you may continue to book the flight.

How Reschedule+ Works

Open your e-ticket via the Bookings menu on the Traveloka homepage. Select Refund & Reschedule, then tap Reschedule.

Go to the Flight List tab, and tap Continue to Select Flight(s).

Tick the flight(s) and passenger(s) you want to reschedule.

Select Reschedule+ in the Reschedule Type section. Tap Continue to proceed.

Fill in the details to search for your new flight. Then, tap Search and select your new flight.

Review the information on your new booking details. If everything is already in place, tap Continue to proceed to the payment process.

Choose your preferred payment method and complete your payment.

Once your payment is received and the process is completed, find your new e-ticket on the Bookings page and your email.

Terms and Condition

Reschedule is only applicable for flight tickets paid in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Reschedule fees will apply
Any price difference between the old and new ticket will be borned by the passenger if the new ticket is more expensive, or refunded if it is cheaper.
Any extra facilities (e.g. seat, baggage) from the original flight will not be transferred to the new flight, but may be refunded.
New e-ticket will be issued immediately once payment is verified.
Any surplus from the original booking will be returned after your new e-ticket is issued.
