The minimum number of participants for a tour on or before May 11 is 20; the minimum number of participants for a tour from May 12 to August 31 is 25. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent at least 1 day before the departure date.

Once the reservation is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, and all fees paid will not be refunded. If the passenger changes the list of traveling companions five working days or more before departure, an additional handling fee of HK$50 per person (same price for adults and children) will be charged. If the Hong Kong Observatory hoists a Black Rainstorm Warning or a Typhoon Signal No. 3 or above during the tour, the tour may be cancelled for passenger safety reasons and the tour fees will not be refunded.
