Inspired by the food culture of Manhattan, Sushi Sooshi opened its doors on Cameron Road, Tsim Sha Tsui in 2018. Sushi Sooshi firmly believes that fresh ingredients are the cornerstone of delicious food. While retaining traditional Japanese ingredients and methods, the restaurant also incorporates Western elements into its dishes. Through careful selection and countless collocation attempts, the taste, aroma, and texture are layered, resulting in a sublime dining experience.

The chef meticulously selects fresh ingredients directly delivered from Japan every day, ensuring a unique OMAKASE experience with changing offerings. Dishes are tailored to individual preferences, incorporating Western elements that set Sushi Sooshi apart from typical Japanese restaurants

Fresh ingredients are delivered directly from Japan every day, serving different dishes every day. In addition, the dishes can be tailored while adding Western elements in it, which is different from ordinary Japanese restaurants.
