TurboJET is the first shipping company to provide 24-hour ferry service with over 50 years of shipping experience. The ship is equipped with an advanced audio-visual entertainment system to bring all-weather trend information and the latest exciting programs to passengers. At the same time, food, drinks and duty-free goods are available for passengers to purchase. It has the largest jet fleet in Asia and one of the largest cross-border high-speed passenger fleets in the world. The assembly, parts and engines on board all come from famous shipbuilding countries.

- Instructions for use-

In accordance with the Hong Kong SAR Government announcement about the resuming operation of the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal on 8/1/2023, TurboJET announces that the Hong Kong-Macau ferry services will resume on the same date and ticket sales will begin from noon on 6/1/2023.

During the initial phase of service resumption, TurboJET will provide 16 sailings between Hong Kong and Taipa Ferry Terminal. Sailing Schedule as follows:

From 1 May 2023:

# Only available on Monday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday

* Only available on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

TurboJET will gradually strengthen the services in an orderly manner including operating the route between Hong Kong and Outer Harbour Terminal as well as night services. Please pay attention to our service update in due course.

Baggage Regulations:

Each passenger is allowed self-carrying 1 piece hand carry luggage for free. All luggage exceeding the limitation must be checked-in.

1. Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal: 

- Luggage Check-in counter (West Bridge, 3/F Shun Tak Centre)

- TurboJET Service Centre (Shop 103, 1/F, Shun Tak Centre) (For Premier Grand Class passengers only) 

2. Taipa Ferry Terminal: 

- Luggage Services Counter

Volume, Quantity and weight Limitation

Hand-carry luggage : 600mm x 200mm x 350mm within 20kgs

Standard size luggage : 760mm x 560mm x 280mm within 40kgs

Quantity Acceptance : 3 pieces of standard size luggage

Any luggage exceeding the hand-carry limitation must be handled by our company as check-in luggage.

Luggage exceeding the standard size limitation will be checked as over-size luggage.

Excess luggage may be accepted which will be subjected to the vessel capacity or the luggage actual conditions.

－ Exchange method－

Print out the e-voucher and present a valid ID to the ticket counter at the pier to exchange for a physical ferry ticket.
