－What You Can Expect－

Discover Gyokusendo Cave, a historic 300,000-year-old cave only unearthed by humans in 1967. Head down a staircase into the five-kilometer long cave. Walk along the pathway that stretches 890 meters into the limestone cave.

Admire the stalactites (unique rock formations, similar to icicles) that down from the ceiling. You can even observe stalagmites that stretch from the bottom to the top of the cave. Look up at the ‘Ceiling of Spears’ to see thousands of sharp stalactites.
