Tropical Spice Garden is home to more than 500 species of flora and fauna, with a special focus on spices and herbs. This morning or afternoon class is held in classroom-style, and includes a lecture, cooking demonstration, and food tasting. The professional chefs will be sharing techniques and insights on preparing local favourites such as nasi lemak, Penang assam laksa, beef rendang, char koay teow, and chicken tandoori. You will also learn how to concoct spice-inspired beverages.
