Tentang Gateway - Airport VIP Meet & Greet

Gateway Service (Arrival): Our Guest Relations Officer (GRO) will greet customers at the aerobridge exit as they disembark. From there, the GRO will escort them through the main terminal for immigration and customs clearance and assist with baggage collection at the baggage claim area. Thereafter, the GRO will coordinate with the customer’s chauffeur or receiving party to ensure a smooth pick-up process at the arrival hall.

Gateway Service (Departure): Upon arrival at the main terminal curbside, our GRO will greet customers, and guide them through the departure hall for check-in and boarding pass collection. After assisting with immigration and GST refund processing (if required), the GRO will escort customers to either the departure gate or their preferred transit lounge. Should customers request additional stops along the way, additional charges will apply.
