⚠️⚠️⚠️When booking, you must provide your English name, nationality, date of birth, passport number and electronic ticket. Without the above information, Dream Concert tickets cannot be redeemed. This concert ticket is "Feel the Beat of Korea Special Gift".

Telephoto photography and photography are prohibited inside the venue. Baggage checks may be conducted prior to entry.

No food or drinks are allowed on site (only water is allowed).

Seats will be confirmed on the day of the event, please note that we are unable to allocate areas and seat numbers in advance.

Cancellations after booking is confirmed will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Please note that there are no refunds.

Concert performers may change for a variety of reasons. Please note that shows cannot be canceled due to performer changes.

Neither we nor the organizer are responsible for lost or stolen tickets after receipt (tickets cannot be reissued).

All participants must bring their passport or alien registration card (original) on the day of the event.

Due to circumstances of the organizer or performers, the concert schedule and artists are subject to change without prior notice.

Please show your mobile phone voucher and passport at the scene.

If a reservation is canceled after confirmation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

Admission is allowed before the show starts (4:30 p.m.), but not after the show starts. If a ticket is lost, it cannot be replaced.
