In the case of an airport meeting, after collecting your luggage, please request the emergency contact information/KakaoTalk provided when confirming your reservation for the vehicle number/driver's contact information and we will send you the relevant information.

Parking/stopping is not allowed at Thai airports, so if a helper has to wait with a picket sign, it will take a lot of time to move. To save your precious time, check the license plate number and driver right outside Exit 3 on the 2nd floor without an airport meeting assistant, then board and depart.

In the case of an airport meeting, please check the license plate number and not your name on the picket at the meeting location before boarding the vehicle.

Driver information: Korean is not available, but a professional driver who can speak simple English will be assigned. (We recommend paying a 100 baht one-way tip per vehicle)

Car seats are not provided in the vehicle.

The passenger car model is Toyota Camry (mid-size), and the van model is Toyota Commuter OR similar vehicle.

Thai vehicle insurance applies up to 300,000 baht (about 10 million won, same for foreigners and Koreans/regardless of occupation and age) in case of death or accident. Since there are few benefits in case of an accident, it is recommended that you sign up for travel insurance in Korea before traveling to Thailand.
