Chiang Rai: Hot Spring, White Temple, Golden Triangle, Karen Village (Plan B) - 1-day Tour

Make haste in the morning to travel to Chiang Rai, the hidden beauty of the north. Make the first stop at Mae Ka Jan Hot Spring before continuing to Wat Rong Khun or the White Temple. The all-white exquisite architecture and the symbolic and religious messages behind them will amazed you. Then, head to the Golden Triangle and it’s time for a lunch break at a local Thai restaurant on the riverside of Mekhong River. Afterwards, marvel at the panoramic view of the Golden Triangle at Wat Phra That Pukhao and continue to Karen Long Neck Village to learn about the unique culture and ways of life.

Visiting Maesai at Myanmar border is not included in this program for two reasons: first, the experience of Maesai is not to some participant’s liking and second, crossing borders sometimes can cause an issue when returning. The panoramic view of the Golden Triangle at Wat Phra That Pukhao is equally exquisite and memorable. However, if participants need to cross the border to Myanmar, please reconfirm the itinerary with the operator.
