Beginning with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Chiang Mai, make the scenic drive to the village, where wooden houses line its pretty streets. During your tour, trek through a lush forest to discover the Mae Kampong Waterfall, visit a little hilltop cafe for panoramic views of the village, and head over to Kanta Prueksa temple to learn about the rich history and culture of the area. Stop for a delicious lunch at Lanna Wild Restaurant, which offers traditional Thai dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. You can also savor a cup of freshly brewed coffee at The Giant, a unique coffee house located in a large tree house.
