Introducing SG Clean

The SG Clean quality mark is a stamp of assurance that an establishment adheres to the high standards of public hygiene on their premises. To obtain the mark, our Xperience partners should pass the 7 criteria below, audited by the Singapore Tourism Board:


- Appoint an SG Clean manager

- Proper COVID-19 prevention and handling procedure (e.g. temperature check, regular cleaning, mandatory face masks, physical distancing, and quarantine) for employees

- Proper COVID-19 prevention and handling procedure (e.g. temperature check, mandatory face masks, physical distancing, and venue capacity reduction) for all visitors, tenants, contractors, and suppliers

- Frequent cleaning and disinfection at all common facilities plus enforced workplace hygiene

- Strict procedure to manage COVID-19 suspect cases

- Keep documents and records of all preventive measures

- Comply to government protocols, guidelines, and health advisories on the COVID-19

Xperience in the New Normal Era

Important Things to Know

  • The Indonesian government has not yet issued an official certification on cleanliness standards for attractions and lifestyle products. The CleanXperience label is not a certification and guarantee from Traveloka that our partners’ locations are free from the coronavirus that causes COVID-19. This label is a form of good faith and a sign of the commitment by our partners in implementing the hygiene, health, and safety protocols issued by the government agencies and other authorized organizations. You are still advised to be vigilant and comply with the applicable hygiene, health, and safety protocols when carrying out activities at our partners’ locations.
  • In order to ensure that our partners’ locations comply with the hygiene, health, and safety protocols provided to them, the CleanXperience partners have signed an agreement  to carry out a high standard of hygiene, health, and safety protocols, and the checking mechanism is carried out through a self-checking method by each partner. Traveloka continuously encourages our CleanXperience partners to adhere to the protocols.
  • The above protocols are a combination of various hygiene, health, and safety protocols issued by government agencies and other authorized organizations, limitedly circulated to the tourism industry players. In practice, these protocols can be developed by the participating partners, according to their respective industry and company policies and are subject to change at any time depending on the development of standards set by competent institutions.
  • The CleanXperience protocols implemented by each partner may differ. Traveloka is not responsible for any violations of compliance with the hygiene, health and safety protocols implemented by partners.
