Arendon Cottage had everything we needed, right on the main street. Perfect for the Pennyfathing races and the Sunday Market. Our hosts were wonderful. We could live there quite happily

It was an ideal location for our visit to Evandale, close to everything we wanted to do and very well presented. The cottage is nicely renovated, it was warm (a must in a Tassie autumn) and quiet.
We didn’t have a lot to do with the owners but found the lady very friendly when we did.
Definitely recommended.

Handy location to the airport.
Great breakfast supplies.
No dryer was inconvenient.

We were late arriving and the proprietor arranged access to the premises. The rooms were warm and comfortable. The cottage had a homely feel. The kitchen was well-equipped with matching china. The provision for breakfast was good. The bathroom and shower excellent with plenty of towels if needed. The cottage is a short walk to the shops.

After a long day we were delighted to open the back door of Arendon Cottage and see our digs for the night. It is so well appointed and comfortable, a perfect place to stay. The gardens are so pretty and it is in the heart of a lovely Tassie village.

Arendon is a lovely cottage situated in the village of Evandale.
The cottage is extremely clean with everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is very private with a nice courtyard. Breakfast supplies are provided for length of stay. Karen is a wonderful host and had the heater on for us when we arrived which was very much appreciated. Evandale is a pretty village which we used as our base for exploring North East Tasmania.
