Fantastic service, went to drop off bags early and room was ready for checkin and I had been upgraded! Lovely executive studio with full kitchen & corner spa! Made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I stayed in the annex, which is a wonderful character building, above shops in the heart of the bus interchange. So it was not unusual for their to be people waiting for the bus right outside the door, or sheltering from the wind in the doorway. Everyone was super polite and and apologetic, if they blocked the door from opening outwards.
Great value for money. in a very central location.

It was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant.
Disliked the pungent smell as we walked into the foyer. It eventually made it's way into our room making us feeling nauseous.

Great location in Hobart CBD and large sized rooms that allowed for a very comfortable stay. You can't beat the location as it is across the road from Elizabeth Street shopping mall and an easy walk down to the Harbour and more restaurants. Staff were very communicative both on the phone and via email. Will stay here again next time I am in Hobart.
