Generally excellent location, lots of good facility as well. Only downside is that it never mention there is only stairs access to the room.

無冷氣，行路會有聲，地下高低不平，感覺像危樓。清潔度惡劣。職員面口差，告示紙又打錯。並不是24小時接待服務

預定了行政套房，地點位置超好，出酒店門口2分鐘路程就行到大型shopping mall，美中不足是冷氣唔夠涷

The hotel location is convenient. Staff are nice and always helpful. The only complaint is the sofa bed in our triple room is terribly uncomfortable.

Actually every things are good. Unfortunately, there are no 24 hours receptionist, if you come back late after 9:00PM, or you have a tour at 7:00AM need an early check out, you will have little problems, such as open the automatic sliding door.

The hotel staff put us in the next block which was not the same as the picture in hotel. com web page. The block looked very old. The staff said it was a budget price through hotel.com booking so they had to put us there instead of the main building. We had to put extra A$20 to upgrade to the main building. I believed the hotel was a bit cheating on this. Overall the hotel location is very good and quite comfortable.

Excellent location perfect for travellers without a car. It's at the heart of Hobart which was only a few mins walk to the major piers, Salamanca Market and good decent restaurants. We were a little disappointed with the room service and we found different kinds of room service everyday. On some days they only removed our rubbish without tidying up our room nor washing our dishes; on other days, they did them all!! What should we expect from a SERVICED apartment? We are rather confused. Staff were nice in general, except when we asked for more detergent to wash our dishes (which we expected them to do the job instead!!).

Seems no information state you have to stay at the Annex building without lift opposite to the Main Block when making reservation. It's quite difficult to climb up the narrow stairs with heavy luggage. Also it is disappointed there's no view of the room. It is appreciated if such information can be indicated at websites.

地理位置位于市中心便利于去很多地方，可惜周围没有超市不太方便，最近的大超市要走15-20分钟，没法买菜怎么利用酒店的厨房设施呢？价钱合适，总体来说还是比较满意，另一个缺点是housekeeping不叫不会来。

Spa bath in the king room is amazing and clean! Beds are comfortable. Receptions staff were lovely !

Wonderful location. The room was perfect, it was clean, big, looked exactly as it did in the photo, it was warm and comfortable.

The location was great and very convenient. It was clean and tidy, staff were pleasant. Disliked the pungent smell as we walked into the foyer. It eventually made it's way into our room making us feeling nauseous.

Fantastic service, went to drop off bags early and room was ready for checkin and I had been upgraded! Lovely executive studio with full kitchen & corner spa! Made for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Cannot recommend highly enough.
