Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans notre chambre « chalet suisse ». Les conseils de restaurants étaient bons, et l’accès au centre-ville commode en tram et métro. Aucun bémol grâce à une météo clémente.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Da es sehr heiß war in Wien, haben wir eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer vermisst. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist schnell am Westbahnhof und auch mit der Straßenbahn schnell im Zentrum.

The staff was nice and welcoming. The room size was good, but there was no air conditioning, only a fan and the bathroom was in the middle of the room with a curtain, which was not great. The breakfast was nice in a nice garden setting.

Pros - Fabulously quirky hotel with lots of space. Quiet, comfortable and in a great central location. Supermarket opposite hotel. Staff delightful. Cons - no air con but fans provided. Do not open windows from courtyard or you will be infested with insects and bugs.

Practical location and with its own green courtyard, everyone took their time to talk, even friendly housekeeping. Rare gem to find such a genuinely caring hotel and the added bonus of aiming to be sustainable with solar cells and organic food. Great stay.

This hotel should make clear rooms have no air conditioning and no mini fridge. The lack of air conditioning is a real problem when it is hot, and made it very difficult to sleep.

This was a really cute hotel, very close to public transportation, which made it easy to get everywhere. The only downfall was that the rooms were really warm. I did know there would be no AC, but we couldn’t seem to cool down the room at night.
