Hotel excelente, quartos muito limpos, ótima cama e chuveiro. Único detalhe que não agradou, o banheiro tem uma porta de vidro, jateada, mas que tira totalmente a privacidade… no quarto dos meus filhos era melhor, pois tinha outra porta jateada no espaço do vaso sanitário. Bem localizado, com transporte público muito próximo (metrô e bonde). Fizemos tudo utilizando esses meios de transporte. Café da manhã muito bom, bastante opções e uma máquina de espremer laranjas, saindo um suco natural e delicioso! No último dia precisamos sair mais cedo e eles providenciaram uma sacola com vários itens do café da manhã para levarmos, muito solícitos e atenciosos. Recomendo bastante!

Das Zimmer blieb unter unseren Erwartungen, daher keine Top-Zufriedenheit. Das Badezimmer war ein Waschbecken im Miniklo mit Glastür. Daneben gab es als Dusche einen winzigen Raum ebenfalls mit Glastüre. Das Zimmer war ziemlich dunkel. (Zimmer 437). Gebucht haben wir ein Superieurzimmer Wiener Elegance.
Wir waren schon öfters in diesem Hotel zu Gast und immer sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren bisher auch schon sehr unterschiedlich aber immer top.
DievVorteile für goldenen VIP-Status (zb Zimmerupgrade oder gratis Frühstück etc.) waren für uns nicht erkennbar.
Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Aufenthalt. Wien hat so viel zu bieten, dass wir ohnehin nicht viel im Zimmer waren ;-). Alles andere (Lage, Frühstück, Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit…) waren wieder top!

The hotel is well-located, right next to the Rathaus tram and subway station, which puts it a mere 10 minutes walk from the museumsquartier or the parliament. It's well kept and clean, beds are comfortable, the showers are good.
But the service is not up to par. On our first night, we had a door hanger opting to give up having the room cleaned the next day in exchange for a beverage or donation. Quite nice, but after the first night, it never showed up again. The shower soap ran out on the second night, something else that we never saw again. And once during the stay, we got no bathroom mat.
These are all small, easily corrected mistakes: I could certainly ask for a floor mat or soap in the reception. It's just a bad look for an otherwise great hotel. All things considered, I'd probably return.

the location is in a nice part of town. it is an extremely quiet part of town, having the window open while we slept was never a problem for noise. the hotel is spotless. the staff were terrific.
the breakfast was exceptional. I was thankful we paid for it. we did not need to figure out where to go eat. I have never seen a better breakfast served.

We enjoyed this little cozy boutique hotel so much. After busy days sightseeing we loved having a drink in the bar or living room which were festively decorated for Christmas. I wish the breakfast were more reasonably priced. Rooms and beds were comfortable. Great location with terrific restaurants just a block away.

Das Hotel legt Wert auf guten Service. Das ungewöhnlich lang angebotene und reichhaltige Frühstück ist ein cooler Pluspunkt. Das Team war sehr sympathisch und professionell. Die Zimmergestaltung repräsentiert sehr gut die wunderschöne Stadt, die so spielerisch die Verbindung aus Klassik und Moderne findet.

Attractive well appointed hotel. Friendly staff. Everything suited our needs. Modern bathrooms. The only meal available was breakfast but that was available until 12.00. Close to city centre and major tourist attractions. I highly recommend it.
