Excellent location and service.

I stayed with my wife and two children. The room was clean and the view was good but the comforters were way too small. They were not for two children.

Modern, clean, lots of plugs and built in USB ports for those of use traveling with multiple things to charge. Easy access to public transpertation

Located next to main rail station for local and intercountry trains. Excellent room and facilities, clean and functional. Highly recommended.

Everything was fine. At first my room had a problem and they changed it immediately. Breakfast is quite various (especially the savoury one), also inclusive for vegetarians and vegans. The spa and gym areas are comfortable and have a wonderful view on the city. Also the hotel is in front of the central station so it's perfect to visit every place. Highly recommended.

Vom Hauptbahnhof mit großem Food-Court (9:00-23:00) + sehr freundlicher Empfang mit zügigem Check-In/Out +sehr schön ruhiges und top sauberes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Innenhof, keinerlei Lärm vom Flur oder von den Nachbarzimmern +sehr bequeme und weiche (aber nicht zu weiche) Betten +vergleichsweise großes Bad (leider mit Badewanne) +tolles Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl in allen Kategorien (Wurst/Schinken, Käse, Säfte, Müsli &Jogurt, warmes Frühstück, Kaffee/Tee, …) —> es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt +Frühstücksbereich großzügig mit genug Plätzen und nicht überfüllt; sehr empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern (sie lieben die Kinder-Pancake Station und das Spielzimmer gleich nebenan ) Was uns weniger gefallen hat: -kein Minikühlschrank mehr auf dem Zimmer, obwohl der Rahmen dafür noch vorhanden ist -Klimaanlage nicht sehr leistungsfähig, in maximaler Stufe nach mehreren Stunden nur 23 Grad erreicht (bei 22 Grad Außentemperatur), daher fraglich, wie es bei hochsommerlichen Temperaturen sein wird -Auslegware im Zimmer (schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen) Fazit: empfehlenswertes Hotel mit vielen Vorteilen und nur wenigen Kritikpunkten

Nice and Clean, very close to train station to get access to subway and going to the city.

I like the location and cleanliness of this hotel. However, one thing missing in our room is a refrigerator. I'm not sure why they don’t provide one. I asked the staff, and they informed me that refrigerators are not available for standard rooms. This is disappointing, especially during summer when cold drinks are a must.

Clean and proximal to the train station

It's a lovely experience to stay Novotel. Good facilities with good stuff. However, air-conditioning was not sufficiently cooling down the room. But otherwise it's a very good family friendly hotel.

We stayed here during a trip with my parents, and everything was wonderful. The hotel was spotless and just a short walk from the station, which made our travels easy. The breakfast was absolutely delightful and made our mornings feel extra special.

Great location

Sensational hotel with excellent customer service. A real gem. Thirty seconds (verified) walk from the main railway station so 16 minutes from airport - use the RailJet not CAT. Allowed an early check in (2PM) with no charge. A small problem with the room was fixed instantly using a chat system. The room is very tastefully done and the bathroom very large. Walkable within minutes to most of Vienna's major attractions. Quiet at weekend around which makes it feel safe and secure. Highly recommend, cannot fault.
