It's a lovely experience to stay Novotel. Good facilities with good stuff. However, air-conditioning was not sufficiently cooling down the room. But otherwise it's a very good family friendly hotel.

Sensational hotel with excellent customer service. A real gem. Thirty seconds (verified) walk from the main railway station so 16 minutes from airport - use the RailJet not CAT. Allowed an early check in (2PM) with no charge. A small problem with the room was fixed instantly using a chat system. The room is very tastefully done and the bathroom very large. Walkable within minutes to most of Vienna's major attractions. Quiet at weekend around which makes it feel safe and secure. Highly recommend, cannot fault. Hoteliers of Britain - come see how to do it!

I liked the location of this hotel, main train station was 1 minute walk. I didn't like the rooms , they are all the same sizewise , most of them dont have refrigerator or minibars, those that have the hotel will charge you way more because they will call it executive room. Is a rip off when it comes to the room price. The hotel is very modern with spa, sauna , the breakfast was very good with a lot of varieties,.
