My partner and I spent a few days in Vienna to explore the city, and we chose this hotel because of its great location and eco-friendly approach – and in those aspects, it definitely delivered. The hotel is perfectly situated for public transport and sightseeing, and I really appreciate the focus on sustainability, like the choice to clean rooms every 2–3 days. However, I have to say that the service left us disappointed. Having worked in the hotel industry myself for years, including in management roles in Denmark, I find it surprising – and honestly unacceptable – that guests aren’t acknowledged upon arrival or departure. Not even a simple “hello” or “thank you for staying with us.” You pass right by the front desk every time you go in or out, so it wouldn’t take much to make guests feel welcome. I also found it unfortunate that, although the bed linens were changed, the used ones were just left in a pile on the floor along with the used towels. The bed itself wasn’t very comfortable either – far too hard for a good night’s sleep. On the positive side, I really liked the speaker in the bathroom mirror and the shower was excellent – modern and spacious. In short: amazing location and great green ideas, but the guest experience lacks the warmth and attention you’d expect – especially from a hotel that clearly wants to stand out.

Ich war nach 2024 bereits zum zweiten Mal da; werde im Oktober 2025 wieder da sein, und Ende April 2026 ebenfalls.......... Ich denke, damit ist wirklich alles gesagt. ;-)

The staff was so unbelievably friendly.

Great location close to public transport and a variety of supermarkets. An excellent restaurant was next door. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a cooktop and microwave, but lacked a number of basics to make the stay more enjoyable: No microwave containers and pots to do any type of cooking. there were no dinner plates supplied. there were only 2 coffee mugs and 2 side plates supplied. This all meant using the dishwasher after every meal. An ice cube tray would also have been a bonus. None the less, a most enjoyable holiday was spent in Rioca Vienna.

I liked the different vibe Austrian and Brazilian mix. The rooms are comfortable and fun. The staff was also very helpful and friendly

Was a great location, easy access to transportation. The room was a great size, had a fridge and everything to cook a meal. Comfortable bed. The only thing I wasn’t aware of going in was that there is no AC in the rooms. It’s part of the building’s eco conservation efforts. Luckily the weather was comfortable but I can imagine if it was a super warm week it may become uncomfortable. Breakfast was perfect, excellent selection. The staff was nice and friendly.

Stylisches Hotel, Personal super nett und bemüht! Reinigung alle 3 Tage vollkommen ausreichend. Frühstück sehr lecker und absolut ausreichend. Bett sehr bequem. Tram Haltestelle in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Kostenloser Kaffee, Tee und Wasser in der Lobby. Wer kein Frühstück gebucht hat, ein Bäcker ist direkt neben dem Hotel. Das Frühstück findet im Nachbargebäude statt (welches aber zum Hotel gehört), dass sich abends in eine Bar verwandelt. Super Hotel um die wunderschöne Stadt Wien zu erkunden!

Well located. Quiet. Spacious room. Only downside, a constant bad smell coming from the toilet.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable and the room was great. The only issue with this place was the contact with the staff. They have you check in online in advance of getting to the hotel, but send the email in German only, with no ability to translate, even though the first question you answer is nationality. Either have pages that can be translated, or just check in at the hotel. Furthermore, the staff I spoke to could not help much with information regarding the local area or transport to the airport. These are easy fixes and this place would be perfect.

Grande la dimensione della stanza, sostituirei il topper in quanto il letto non era molto comodo. Utile la presenza del frigorifero, forno a microonde e cucina col piano a induzione. Suggerirei di aggiungere in bagno delle mensole o degli appendici perché ne è completamente sprovvisto. Un po’ troppo cara a mio parere la colazione.

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Room was a good size, with the added benefit of a balcony. Microwave, full size fridge and a hob. Only downside no pans. Bathroom very clean with a good shower. Very close to transport links, 18 mins from the airport by train and only 10 mins to the centre on the tram which is a 5 minute walk from the property. Free coffe in the reception from 7-4 each day. Would definately stay here again.

Struttura situata in una zona universitaria vicino St. Marx, facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto. Camera pulita, molto spaziosa e dotata di cucina.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, unkompliziert, Englischkenntnisse sehr von Vorteil, gratis Kaffee. Sehr einladend. Etwas abseits der Stadtmitte, aber mit ÖV kein Problem.

À 10 minutes de l’Opera en transport en commun, un tramway à chaque 7 minutes, même la nuit. Petit appartement avec tout le nécessaire pour des touristes. Frigo, cuisinière. Totalement recommandable

Alles in Allem ein super Aufenthalt, ich kann das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen !
