Great location close to public transport and a variety of supermarkets.
An excellent restaurant was next door.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The room had a cooktop and microwave, but lacked a number of basics to make the stay more enjoyable:
No microwave containers and pots to do any type of cooking.
there were no dinner plates supplied.
there were only 2 coffee mugs and 2 side plates supplied. This all meant using the dishwasher after every meal.
An ice cube tray would also have been a bonus.
None the less, a most enjoyable holiday was spent in Rioca Vienna.

I liked the different vibe Austrian and Brazilian mix. The rooms are comfortable and fun. The staff was also very helpful and friendly

Was a great location, easy access to transportation.
The room was a great size, had a fridge and everything to cook a meal.
Comfortable bed.
The only thing I wasn’t aware of going in was that there is no AC in the rooms. It’s part of the building’s eco conservation efforts. Luckily the weather was comfortable but I can imagine if it was a super warm week it may become uncomfortable.
Breakfast was perfect, excellent selection.
The staff was nice and friendly.

Very nice hotel, very comfortable and the room was great. The only issue with this place was the contact with the staff. They have you check in online in advance of getting to the hotel, but send the email in German only, with no ability to translate, even though the first question you answer is nationality. Either have pages that can be translated, or just check in at the hotel. Furthermore, the staff I spoke to could not help much with information regarding the local area or transport to the airport. These are easy fixes and this place would be perfect.

Lovely property with very friendly staff. Room was a good size, with the added benefit of a balcony. Microwave, full size fridge and a hob. Only downside no pans. Bathroom very clean with a good shower. Very close to transport links, 18 mins from the airport by train and only 10 mins to the centre on the tram which is a 5 minute walk from the property. Free coffe in the reception from 7-4 each day. Would definately stay here again.

Great stay, friendly staff and great room, loved the balcony and swing seat! The only problem was the blue light behind the bed that wouldn't switch off but we told the reception staff on checkout and they sent someone right up. So helpful and helped us sort our train tickets on to Bratislava.

Very clean and relaxed atmospheres. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable with the whole building beautifully designed perhaps based on the motives of Rio De Janeiro. The enjoyable breakfast was provided in a buffet style. Highly recommended.

Got in a little late. I did like the feature to check myself in and key my own room key. I like that the hotel is super energy efficient, even though it kinda weirded me out to step into a dark hallway and then the light came on. But the staff was super helpful and friendly. Safe are. It is about 15 minutes from Old town via Uber. I'd stay here again or any of their hotels in Europe.

Probably our favourite hotel weve stayed in. Apartment was huge with kitchenette.
Staff were always helpful and polite. Hotel is in the media area of this city so very peaceful at night.
Trains, trams and buses located 5mins walk away allowing you to travel anywhere in the city. Local shops 5mins walk away. Rioca bar and a cake/ coffee shop next to hotel.
