This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, had everything you would need and a comfortable bed and was quiet. The facilities were good, next door to a lovely bakery and a mainline train station taking you directly to/from the airport is a 7 minute walk away along with other tram connections to other parts of the city, very easy to get around the city. The staff were very approachable, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay, everything was positive and I can’t recommend this hotel enough! I will definitely be back.

The city center is a couple of miles away, so I walked there instead of taking public transportation.

Room very clean. Nice gym. Shabby hallways - feels quite studenty. Not a great location - quite far into the centre. Breakfast room was so chaotic and very loud music for 10.30am - We left without breakfast as was too much. The heat in the rooms was too much as well. Overall an alright experience but wouldn't stay again.

Room was acceptable and only cleaned every 3 days. If you ran out of anything toilet paper etc you had to track down housekeeping to get more.
The breakfast is a joke for the cost of 22 euros,hard boiled eggs, sausages and breads only,definitely not worth the cost by any means.

Great hotel to camp at - although we didn't use the kitchenette - it was well equipped. The location is a bit of a walk to the nearest metro, but we often used the tram! if you navigate well the great public transport in Vienna, this is a great place to stay,

Super cool tropical themed hotel. Nice inviting rooms with nice touches. Nice bathrooms and comfortable beds.
They had a huge self serve laundry room complete with ironing boards and irons.
Walking distance to public transit. Markets and cafes nearby as well.

Very helpful friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy although a few updates were necessary. Although it was a self catering room, it was lacking in plates, pans, etc.
However, for a long weekend I would certainly use it again as it was very easy access to public transport both into the city and out to the airport.

Very clean and modern room and amenities. Staff at the reception are very nice. Location is close to a train station so easy to get into central Vienna. Breakfast could be improved to offer eg scrambled eggs and more types of cold cuts as the price is very expensive for what it offers.
