Very helpful friendly staff. Room was clean and tidy although a few updates were necessary. Although it was a self catering room, it was lacking in plates, pans, etc. However, for a long weekend I would certainly use it again as it was very easy access to public transport both into the city and out to the airport.

The room was fine but you could not control the temp it was always hot.

Very clean and modern room and amenities. Staff at the reception are very nice. Location is close to a train station so easy to get into central Vienna. Breakfast could be improved to offer eg scrambled eggs and more types of cold cuts as the price is very expensive for what it offers.

The WIFI internet is not great generally in the room or genearal area, itinerary no WIFI at all at basement or laundry room at all.

I was visiting Vienna for a wedding and this location was close to the wedding venue. I had no issues and the staff was very accommodating. However, I was not pleased with the breakfast options, which was next door or the pastry shop that was next to it either. It seemed very crowed and the choices were limited. So, the second day we actually ventured out to have a complete breakfast.

The area is safe and quiet. It is located near Academic institutes. The room is well sized for big luggage. Basic amenities like bottled water, showering gels, towels, kettle were provided. Washing machine and dryer are available at the basement level. Staff was very friendly and helpful! There is a small dining area at the lobby and they served free drinks and croissant.

Quick and regular tram to the centre. Easy check in. Spacious room. Lack of plates etc even though rooms come with a fridge , microwave and dishwasher!

It was amazing overall! The only thing is the bed is very stiff, everything else was wonderful and super clean!
