We stayed at this resort for the final stop on our honeymoon and the staff at the hotel treated us like royalty. The hotel was gorgeous, comfortable and clean. We truly cannot recommend staying here enough. The restaurant downstairs is also absolutely incredible and everyone is so kind and welcoming.

今回はウィーンの他のホテルから移動して、2泊のみ滞在しました。ロケーションは申し分なくどこに行くにも便利です。
部屋は清潔で清掃も行き届いています。スタッフも明るくテキパキと感じが良いです。
残念だったのは、洗面所とシャワールームのシャンプーなどのボトルが一度押したら元に戻らず大変使い勝手が悪かったです。結局手持ちのを使いました。販売していたので、このボトルじゃなければ購入したと思います。
ミニバーの有料スナックなどの値段表も備えておいてください。
総じて快適な滞在でした。友人にも勧めたいと思います。

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. The room is clean pleasant, and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Their cafe is a treasure, good food and excellent services.
We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely re-book this hotel if we return to Vienna.

Prestigieuse adresse parfaite pour visiter les plus célèbres sites viennois. La chambre élégante et spacieuse magnifiquement meublée et décorée offre une magnifique vue sur l’opéra. Très bonne literie. Personnel très aimable et attentionné. Check in check out topissime hyper rapide et efficace.. Merci pour le housekeeping pour la propreté irréprochable des chambres ..un mini bar gratuit avec eau sodas et même du vin ravitaillé tous les jours. Merci à toute l’équipe

Wundervolles, hochwertiges Boutiquehotel mit Blick auf die Oper! Mehr geht nicht! Komfortable Zimmer, die sehr geräumig sind! Viele tolle Annehmlichkeiten wie z.B. österreichische Weine auf dem Zimmer, die inkludiert im Preis sind. Das gesamte Team ist hervorragend!! Die Küche des Restaurants für Frühstück oder auch ein Wiener Schnitzel ist exzellent!

Wir sind im The Guesthouse gelandet, da wir total abgenervt von einem 3x so teuren Hotel waren. Und waren angenehm überrascht: Super guter Service. Alles sauber und bequem. Tolles Package mit Minibar und 4 Flaschen Wein inklusive. Frühstück, Käseplatte und Kuchen sehr lecker.
Perfekte Lage! Vallet Parking, sogar sehr sehr günstig für Wien. 20€ / Tag weniger als im vorherigen Hotel.

The hotel was in the perfect location, many shops & restaurants nearby. The room was clean, big, and comfy beds! Also, the bakery & restaurant downstairs was so good!

This hotel offered excellent service right in the center of the inner city of Vienna. There were a number of Museums and other historic landmarks and buildings in very easy walking distance as well as shopping and dining. The hotel itself has an excellent restaurant as well. The hotel staff is also extremely friendly and helpful.
