O quarto era excelente! O hotel tem um restaurante muito bom, que funciona do café da manhã ao jantar. Muito bem localizado para os principais pontos turísticos, compras, restaurantes, cafeterias e transporte público para acessar locais mais distantes. Fizemos tudo andando, inclusive a ida ao balé na Ópera a noite de salto, seguido de jantar em um restaurante. Bem tranquilo. Recomendo esse hotel, ficaria nele novamente.

The amenities were good, and very responsive service. The brasserie/restaurant downstairs is buzzy and nice dishes. Seems very popular among the locals.

5つ星ホテルにしては、入り口のドアを開けると直ぐに小さなチェックインカウンターがあり、ロビーというものが存在しないのにはちょっと驚きでした。部屋はとても綺麗で広々として、水回りも文句なし。レストランは一つでしたが、スタッフの皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで食事も美味しかったです。国立歌劇場は目の前でしたし、ショッピングにも観光にもとても素晴らしいロケーションでした。ザッハトルテの本家、ホテルザッハも至近でしたよ。

Great hotel room and we were shocked by the size and all the features. We had a slight issue with the TV but they helped us on that and overall the experience was a good one. For hotels in Europe I highly recommend this one an I have been there quite a bit. This is large, comfortable, and has good staff. Also the perfect location and I mean perfect as you are close to the sites in the north and south of you and it's in a nice square. Very good.
