The service received was excellent. Whatever the request the staff was always willing to assist. The room was very clean and air conditioned. A bus route stopped directly in front of the hotel. Several attractions were within walking distance. The only opportunity for improvement was the breakfast. There were few selections.

Staff extemeley helpful with information, breakfast good. Good location train station & sites bars food. Not far from river go to old town along river. Room was basic but I had picked this for price. Only issue was traffic noise at night but if went back would choose hotel again

Vi blev otroligt vänligt bemötta och kände oss välkomna direkt. Rummet var rent och fräscht och det var tyst och lugnt. Bra frukost för hela familjen.

Very well located with a bus station in front of the property which is very handy. Breakfast was included and was very complete and good! The only issue we had was that the property had limited hot water for showering so some of us ended up showering with cold water, but the host explained that it was an issue over the two days we stayed and had already called the plumber.

Close to train station and bus route. Pleasant 1.5km walk along the river into the old city. Excellent breakfast. Very modern but spartan. Always a few stairs even with the lift. Gravel in parking lot so hard to transport bags. No counter in bathroom.

Room 16 has the best view to the castle and mountains. Good continental breakfast.

The room was comfortable and clean and the property was cute. The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked the accessibility to the train station.

Great rooms

While the property is nice and clean, we unfortunately don’t have a good experience as neither of us could sleep at night - the room has underfloor heating and the temperature control couldn’t be found. As the room was too hot, we couldn’t lower the temperature, and the reception was closed, we were left in a very uncomfortable room. We opened the windows all night and that still wasn’t sufficient to cool the room. On top the noise of cars from the street added to the difficulty of sleeping. In the morning we spoke with the reception and they said there’s a manual valve to control the temperature in the room. We still couldn’t locate it despite looking everywhere. The hotel also said they couldn’t offer us a refund and that the person who checked us in should have shown us how to change the temperature. Quite a pity that we weren’t able to sleep despite no fault of ours and the hotel didn’t help.

Localização próxima a rodoviária, cerca de 5 minutos a pé. Tem um ponto de ônibus na frente. Quarto super espaçoso, acomodou perfeitamente 4 pessoas. Limpeza impecável. Colchões super confortáveis. Café da manhã com grande variedade de itens. Adorei a pousada e Salzburgo.

Was wir gut fanden: geräumiges Zimmer unterm Dach, deshalb sehr hoher Raum. Moderne Einrichtung in alter renovierter Villa, Blick auf die Dächer der Stadt und die Berge, gutes Bett, Fahrstuhl, gutes Frühstück (im Preis inkludiert), Parkplätze direkt am Haus, Bushaltestelle (alle 10-15 Minuten) direkt vor dem Hotel, 15 Minuten ins Zentrum, reibungsloser Check In and Out, Sekt und Süssugkeiten zu Sylvester / Neujahr. Was wir vermissten: funktionierendes TV und -Fernbedienung (haben wir wieder in Gang gebracht), Fußbodenheizung nicht regelbar (zu warm), haben die Fenster geöffnet; Schranktüren ohne Griffe, Push and Open Funktion nicht gegeben , ließen sich nur mit einem Trick öffnen, Dichtsilikon in der Dusche stellenweise etwas spröde und verunreinigt , müsste erneuert werden. Alle Themen haben wir mit dem sehr freundlichen Hotelbesitzer besprochen, sie werden zeitnah behoben bzw. optimiert. Und sonst: an Silvester und Neujahr zahlen Sie etwa das Doppelte der sonst üblichen Zimmerpreise in Salzburg. Dafür bekommen Sie ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, wenn Sie die Angebote der Stadt nutzen!

Localização tranquila, próxima a estação central de trem. Fizemos tudo a pé. Quartos de excelente tamanho, confortáveis. Banheiro limpo e reformado. Atendimento e café da manhã excelentes.
