Great location for exploring ild town and Roman amphitheatre. Spoilt for choice of restaurants with great selection within 100m walk. Hotel.com state buffet breakfast available- i was told this had been discontinued with Covid. Could hotels.com please amend their site to reflect this.

　旧市街の中心にあって駐車無料なのは良いが、基本は周辺の路上駐車で確保できない場合は地下駐車場が使える。部屋の内装設備は様々でエアコンの有無もある。ここは街の西側繁華街で飲食店が林立しているけれど東側の歴史地区も近い。

good price, quiet comfortable room well located for the cafes , bars and historical sites, nice bed and good shower

Plovdiv is an excellent city - European city of culture 2019. It is really worth visiting. Hotel Dafi is convenient for the local amenities and sightseeing. The Ancient theatre is a must!

Good stay, excellent location

Even we had a booking reservation and confirmation from Hotels.com Dafi hotel do not provide a room for us . They help us to get a room in another hotel, which was a quite unpleasant experience to stay. Lessons learned - even you have a confirmation # with you from Hotels.com , call to the hotel to check if you really have a room booked for you.

The reception personnel were very helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious with the fresh coffee and fruits. The location is ideal for walking anywhere in the city. I would highly recommend this place.

Receptionist quite helpful. Location just few minutes away from the pedestrian street. The bed too soft and worn out. No shower compartment and so the floor of bathroom all wet after showering.

Sicuramente posizionato molto bene in centro città. Carente a livello di confort, aria condizionata non funzionante, hanno preteso il pagamento di due bottigliette d'acqua mai utilizzate. Discreta la colazione.

Very good location and service, we arrived very early from the night train and were given a room without waiting till check in time, much appreciated after sleepless nigh. We booked the cheaper twin room with 2 single beds and they accomodated us by pushing the beds together and redoing the bedding

-rustig -vriendelijk personeel -proper -simpel maar lekker en gezond ontbijt voor weinig geld -vlakbij de oude stad en het nieuwe centrum -gratis wifi -functionele kamers zonder extra's -badkamer heeft geen aparte douche waardoor alles nat is in de badkamer als je doucht -handdoeken zijn versleten

徒歩圏内にいろいろな観光スポットや商店街があり、ゆっくり観光でき、買い物にも便利であった。小さな商店が並ぶ道沿いに位置していたが昼夜とも静かであった。スタッフの対応も親切で気持ちよかった。

L'hôtel n'est pas facile à trouver lorsqu'on est en voiture car il y a beaucoup de sens interdits et de travaux en cours ; le mieux est de stationner sa voiture dans le voisinage et d'aller chercher l'hôtel à pied ou d'avoir un Gps à jour

The AC in first room was not working. I turned it on for 3 hours, and the room temperature was still higher than the hallway. The hotel staff A moved me to a bigger suite, with a working AC. Late afternoon, I asked staff A if I can cancel second night of stay, he agreed. However, around 10pm, I changed my idea, and asked staff B if I can "continue stay at second night", and staff B said "Yes". Late in the night, the AC became bad again. I called staff B came to the room to check, he agreed there is some problem with the AC, but he had no solution. Next morning, staff C said that there is NO room available for me for the second night. After some arguments, staff C states: 1. Staff B made mistake when he thought there is room for me (second night), however the room available is an upgrade suite. Staff C refused to offer that room to me for no surcharge. ------Staff B made mistake, and I have to pay extra?! Does that sounds right? 2. AC in first room was working properly. The hotel moved me to a bigger suite "only because I complained." and the AC in second room "should be fine". So the hotel has no fault at all -------I called the staff A and B to check up in the room, they all agreed that the AC was not functioning on site. When I asked staff C to call and confirm with A and B, she refused.

The hotel was very good and modern. Personnel was very helpful and the breakfast was good. Central location - just 200 m from the main shopping street, 500 meters from Old town. Recommend!

Klimaanlage war nicht ausreichend

Good location close to the old town and the main pedestrianised street. Staff a little stiff when asked for help, e.g. did not provide a service of sending a taxi to collect us on our arrival at the train station.

well, the hotel is small, clean , in the heart of Plovdiv, within few steps from the main streets, banks, restaurants, etc, in addition to the above, the hotel prices are quite good, the staff are friendly, helpful, warm, if I shall visit Plovdiv again, I will consider Hotel Dafi.
