What stood out ? The front desk staff - Matthew…. Hope I am spelling it right ! He has an excellent customer service skill. Absolutely outstanding . Warm, bubbly, informative, helpful. Actually I am speechless. We need more people with such attitude in today’s world . The rooms- they smell fresh when you enter, very clean , all amenities available , very comfortable . Our first night was a bit difficult . Turns out the hotel has thin walls . It was not at all their fault . It was next door guest just being too loud I think. But for second night we were moved to different room and even better one with balcony and an awesome view to wake up to . Thanks for the hospitality!

$500 bucks for 1 night is ridiculous! A room thats 200 square foot. No microwave. I get it, its NYE. But gosh almighty yall certainly know how to take advantage of patrons. Actually ALL hotels within Banff and Canmore prices are insane. I should have brought my RV. Lol. No free breakfast at all. Will not be staying again. Oh the underground parking is a perk. Ensure vehicle is 7 foot or less.

Hotel is bare bones basic. Room was clean with adequate space and comfortable beds. Staff was kind and helpful. Parking is free in heated garage. But there are no amenities or washer/dryer in this building. Had to walk across snowy parking lot to use pool, steam room, hot tubs, and laundry facilities. I wish I had known that upon booking because it was very inconvenient. Main building had a restaurant, but again nothing in this building. Overall, decent for the cost.

Overall pretty satisfied, small glitch with the elevator one time, doors didn’t open on my floor to let me off. Overall in excellent shape, does have a late 90’s vibe to the room, but everything was in great shape. TV could have been a lot bigger though. Even though it’s part of the same family of hotels with the hotel across the alley, still could not get room service.

Nice comfortable king size bed. Clean room. Nice hot shower. Access to wonderful swimming pool, hot tub, and steam room next-door at the Banff Springs Hotel. Friendly, helpful Front desk staff. Ski room storage. Two minute walk to shuttle bus to Sunshine or Lake Louise so no need to have a car and very close to restaurants and shops on Banff Avenue and to IGA for groceries.
