Location is perfect. just 5min by walk from downtown.
Amenities are sufficient. Front desk service was amazing. We loved this hotel.

I loved my room and the lodge location was perfect being on the Bow River and walkway with the canoe rental just across the lawn. Also my fav restaurant; Lupo 10/10 was just up the block.

The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.

Arrived for check in where the staff told us our room was given away and she thought it was a funny joke. We entered our room with the smallest tv, a corderoy blanket so heavy it caused pain to sleep with, a heater that didn't work on a cold night and a very old room in need of renovation. It may have been in a good location, but definitely not worth the price.

Staff was excellent. But the property is beyond worn, it is run down. Not a value at all for $300 (US) per night. I'd say they are 15 years beyond a need for major renovations.

It's a good thing it was September as there is no AC in the room. On site parking is not secure. There is no breakfast at this hotel and all restaurants are in a different hotel. The pool and fitness center are in a different hotel. This hotel is basically just rooms and showers and nothing else. The rooms are noisy you can here people pee in other suites. The entire building has a musty smell and a run down appearance. During the night someone attempted to break in to my vehicle as it was parked in the on site lot.
