The room condition in F2 is poor. There are lots of holes in the curtains of my room. The freezer door is broken. The carpet is dirty, and the wallpaper in my room and the walkway are also in terrible condition.

Accidentally double booked our rooms and they would not credit the double rooms.

Everything was great about my stay. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient access to downtown Banff and the Roam transit. Shuttles for ski resorts just 150 m away. Staff was excellent and helpful. I’d stay here again. Bow River and Bow River Trail right behind hotel.

The best thing about this hotel is the location--it is close to most of the main downtown attractions, and beside the river with the walking path. Yet it is also in a nice quiet location. Use of the pool and hot tub at the hotel next door is included as well.

We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we entered our room, there was a strong smell of smoke. I immediately brought this to the attention of the front desk and explained that my son is asthmatic, so the smell was a serious concern for us. I asked if we could move to another room. The response I received was that they could move us to another room, but that it would smell exactly the same as the one we were in, or we could move to a different room with an additional upcharge. I found this response quite concerning given the health issue I had just explained. In addition to this, the room was extremely hot and very uncomfortable to sleep in. We attempted to adjust the temperature in the room, but despite doing so, there was no noticeable change and the room remained very warm throughout the night. Overall, this made for a very uncomfortable stay, especially considering my son’s asthma and the lack of accommodation when we raised our concerns.

Friendly staff. Clean bedroom & bathroom. Love our room with a nice view of Bow river. Venue is so close to everything you need... food, shopping, transit & attractions.

We stayed in the River view suite and felt like we were home away from home. We'll be back

Was the perfect place to stay while in Banff. Location was great, walk to all the shops and restaurants, right in the river with views of the mountains. Guests also receive discounted Ski Big 3 lift tickets which was a great surprise. 10/10 would stay again.

Ski Slopes are pretty close. Banff was a fun little town.
