The room was tidy. It's more of a rustic vibe. But it's so close to the mountain that you really can't get a better deal. The outdoor pool is heated bring your robe. The hot tub is right next to the pool so if you go during a snow fall it could be a lot of fun to check them out. I was there in the spring so no snow at the village base but alpine conditions were very good.

Room was directly above the Crystal Lounge which plays live music until late at night (around 11pm) with electric guitar, drums & vocals. Could clearly heard the music from below. Even without the music, people's voices from the room next door and those talking in the hallway as they passed the room could be heard. So great central location in Whistler but not ideal if you need to sleep.

Room was very comfortable and spacious. King bed was excellent but pullout sofa bed was uneven and too soft. Staff were friendly and nice. It was great to have a kitchen with a combination microwave/oven, a small refrigerator, a cooktop, a toaster, and a dishwasher.

Right in the center of the village! We enjoyed the nespresso unit in the room, and housekeeping kept us stocked with pods. All staff were wonderful. We used the hot tub and sauna each day. Look for the ski valet under the pop-up tent when you return to hotel after skiing. They take your skis for overnight storage. The lobby entry does NOT face into the village, it can be hard to find if you are arriving by bus. We made the mistake of pulling bags through the village. Lots of great restaurants in easy walking distance. And easy walking to the gondolas. Would definitely stay again. The apres offerings in the lobby were fun, and the drying room was great for damp boots and gloves. Crystal Lodge has all the right amenities for the skier!
