Quick stay, didn't need for much. There was renovations happening on our floor but could not hear anything and did not affect our stay. Staff were all very pleasent

Room was great with all the necessities. We enjoyed the pool to ourselves since it was a bit cloudy that day. All the staff were really nice and accommodating. There were some constructions or maybe upgrades happening within the hotel but it didn't interfere to our overnight stay. I do would like the parking to be free or brought down in price. We paid $35/day for self serve. We would go back and make Crystal Lodge our hotel every time we would be at Whistler.

We always enjoy our stay at Crystal Lodge. The rooms are great, beds are comfy and the bathrooms are always clean. The staff are very friendly. We have yet to use the pool or hot tub so can’t comment on those.

Our room was located right beside the construction area, and they were working even on weekends, so it was very noisy. I also informed the front desk that there was a trail of paper towels from the bathroom to the entrance of the Spaghetti Factory, but it was not cleaned when we pass by again. There was also spilled alcohol in the elevator, which I reported to the front desk, but it remained uncleaned even after a day. On a positive note, the location was convenient and easily accessible to the village.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at The Crystal, lovely room and very friendly staff. The location is another big plus, as it is right in the center of Whistler and every local amenity can easily be reached by foot. Also, the very affordable and tasty restaurant, The Old Spaghetti Factory, is in the same building, so all in all we can recommend this hotel to everyone else planning to stay in Whistler for a day or more.
