Staff accomodated my early check in request very quick and treats for dog was amazing. Rooms were very cleaned and all staffs were greeting all the guests with courtesy.

Room was clean. Staff were courteous. Excellent location as the lodge is right in the village close to gondola. Elevator was a bit slow but that wouldn’t deter us from staying here again.

Yes the room was spotless, location was perfect. The room was tiny but it was in the centre of the Village. The staff were all lovely and helpful.

Upon arrival, I was immediately told that I would probably get a ticket having parked right out front of the hotel. Not sure where people are supposed to park when they pull up, but in front of the hotel seemed logical to me. Then to find out there’s an additional $35-$40 a day parking charge. Top it off with bath towels and hand towels that you could remove rust from a 1975 Ford with. I had significantly higher expectations for the price that this establishment charges per night.

This hotel is nicely updated and I loved the outdoor pool, open in the winter. We now would not stay in any other hotel in Whistler. I also noticed the way staff interacted with one another. You could tell that they had good working relationships. The managers were good-natured, respectful and caring to staff. I also saw them go out of their way themselves to help guests with wayfinding and understanding English. The conduct of the management team says a lot about a business. Highly recommend.
