The front desk staffs ( Ms Sarah and Abigail) are very friendly and kind. The fallview room is amazing especially sunrise and sunset!

It was pretty clean and new. The employees were very friendly specially those who assisted with elevators. The first day someone showed up for house keeping, we just arrived the night before. I mentioned that everything was fine and he can come the next day, but he didn’t show up any more. My main concern was breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelette and pancakes and pork sausages, the same for 3 days we were there. There should be more options like cheese, milk and some veggies even more fruit rather than apple and oranges. We couldn’t enjoy the evening event, since there was a free drink and the same side snacks for drinkers. There should be more options to enjoy for who doesn’t drink.

While the location, the view is awesome. The service a little lacking. Longer queue in the elevator, some of the staff are not nice. Breakfast is the same everyday no other selections or varieties. Water not provided at all. Atleast put some water dispenser stations. Also, DAVE the lead bellman has a bad attitude didn’t even bother helping us with our luggage’s coz we got there early and not ready to check in yet we just need to leave our luggages so we can go out and eat. The other bellman came to help because I was mad and called them out for bad service. Bad service seriously

The view of the fall is excellent. The elevator situation takes a long time. Hotel has a lot of guests so trying to get an elevator. Take some time. Breakfast buffet was very good considering the food in Canada is not so good. This might’ve been one of the best meals.

The one draw back of the hotel we had was the wait for the elevators we waited at least 10 to 15 minutes for it to stop on our floor during the busy time AM and Check-in All staff we interacted with were friendly room was clean. We were having just a normal conversation in out room as we all brothers were met after so long and we had someone knocking on door and it was a guy from security and his tone was totally unacceptable he said “i don’t want myself to get in all this paperwork to kick you out so this is my final warning, you guys are making alot of noise and the music is too high” and we were like for what reason you just gonna kick us out. Literally i have been to many hotels and stayed there but this experience wasn’t very great, just cause of that my cousins left early so that they can have some fun somewhere else. We were really upset and were thinking of never booking at this olace again.
