We were given a very warm welcome at check in, free drink vouchers, and a room upgrade. The view of the falls was amazing, the included buffet breakfast was delicious and had hot and cold options. Everything was clean, could not fault the hotel, and would happily stay again.

It was pretty clean and new. The employees were very friendly specially those who assisted with elevators. The first day someone showed up for house keeping, we just arrived the night before. I mentioned that everything was fine and he can come the next day, but he didn’t show up any more. My main concern was breakfast, scrambled eggs, omelette and pancakes and pork sausages, the same for 3 days we were there. There should be more options like cheese, milk and some veggies even more fruit rather than apple and oranges. We couldn’t enjoy the evening event, since there was a free drink and the same side snacks for drinkers. There should be more options to enjoy for who doesn’t drink.
