Every thing as expected

The outdoor heated 95 degree pool. Being able still use pool after checkout and parking with hotel until midnight the next day. Excellent staff!!

Overall Great Stay at Fairmont Tremblant From the moment we arrived, the service at Fairmont Tremblant was exceptional. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and attentive, making us feel welcome right away. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgraded room featuring two queen beds — it was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The nightly turndown service was a lovely touch that added to the overall experience. The outdoor heated pool and jacuzzi area were a highlight of our stay — the perfect way to relax and unwind after a day of trekking around Mont-Tremblant. The only downside was the breakfast buffet, priced at $50 per person. While the food was fine, it didn’t quite justify the cost in our opinion. We also dined at Choux Gras restaurant one evening. While the food was good, the service felt somewhat uneven — our waiter, Étienne, seemed to tailor his attention based on what guests were ordering. The prices were also on the higher side considering the portion sizes, so I’m not sure I would return. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Fairmont Tremblant and would gladly come back for the hotel experience itself — just perhaps skip the breakfast buffet next time.

The rooms recently renovated. Absolutely breathtaking Service was impeccable. They treated us like royalty The grounds were like a southern resort that you could lay back and relax Live dj music played on the patio Fresh bbq food served to order I highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautiful and perfectly located — we didn’t need our car the entire weekend. We especially enjoyed the large outdoor jacuzzi, which was a highlight of our trip. The service was impeccable throughout our stay. The only small downside was that the check-out process took a bit longer than expected, but overall, everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

Staff is incredible. Kind, helpful and great service all around. The room was a bit loud- you can really hear the water pipes when other guests turn the water on and off in the room we were in but wouldn’t deter us from staying again just something to note. The wine glasses in our room were also not clean. Other than that great stay

Fairmont Gold was quite a treat in terms of amenities.

I didn’t get upgraded for free. They ask to pay $50/ night.

We were really happy with the view of the room, but the room was full of dust and my boyfriend has asthma and he had several asthma attacks in there. We also tried to dine in the restaurant and we ordered a bottle of wine and oysters, and the waiter only brought one glass and he forgot the second glass. And then we ordered tuna tartare and then he said he forgot that we ordered it and then said sorry.

The hotel staff are amazing at customer service. The check in staff, valet service, restaurant and pool side staff provided exceptional customer service. The pool area is outstanding. I have been to many other hotels and condos in Tremblant however this was my first at Fairmount and will not be my last!
