Nice hotel

El hotel es hermoso, con una atención puntual y muy amable del personal en especial de Janette que estaba en el front desk al hacer el check in, el hotel se encuentra a pie de lift y góndola, a unos pasos de la Villa en donde hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas, el hotel tiene jacuzzi y alberca techada y al aire libre, con una vista a las pistas espectacular, el desayuno delicioso, los restaurantes con una comida deliciosa, las habitaciones muy cómodas, la cama y las almohadas deliciosas, sin lugar, a duda repetiremos este lugar de ski muy pronto! Felicidades!

Our stay at the Fairmont Tremblant was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The hotel combines true luxury with warmth and comfort, making it the perfect place to stay in Mont-Tremblant. The location is unbeatable—right at the base of the mountain, with ski-in/ski-out access and steps away from the village. Everything you need is within walking distance: restaurants, shops, activities, and beautiful views. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The beds were amazing, the linens high-quality, and the mountain views were breathtaking. Housekeeping was impeccable, and every detail felt carefully thought out. The staff truly sets this hotel apart. Everyone was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. From check-in to concierge to housekeeping, we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. The amenities were excellent—heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, spa, and fitness center—all perfect for relaxing after a day in the snow. The atmosphere is cozy yet refined, ideal for families, couples, or solo travelers. This is a world-class hotel that delivers on every level. We would absolutely return and highly recommend Fairmont Tremblant to anyone looking for a premium experience in the heart of Mont-Tremblant.

Staff around the property were kind, friendly and helpful. Concierge information needs work. Let’s not talk about the complete racket they have on transport to Montreal Airport (you’re talking at least $550 USD + the expected tip). Absurd. Meal prices within the hotel were astronomical for mediocre quality food. Room was well appointed and shower was better than expected. It’s definitely not a 5 star hotel, but was fun to stay at if you could overlook the additional almost $3000 USD for eating, a rollaway bed and resort taxes on a 5 night stay!!! We only ate in the restaurant for 4 meals out of a possible 14 with 2 adults and two kids. Very very expensive.

Cleaner rooms

I celebrated my daughter’s birthday with breakfast in bed on December 19th. It would have been nice to treat her with a muffin/cupcake with a candle saying happy birthday. It came as a very plain breakfast with no birthday touch.

We had an absolutely magical stay at the Fairmont Mont-Tremblant. From the moment we arrived, the service was flawless — attentive, warm, and professional at every touchpoint. The location is unbeatable: everything is truly walking distance, from skiing and snowboarding to restaurants, shops, and the charming village atmosphere. Our suite was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, with an incredibly comfortable mattress and pillows — we slept so well every night. After full days on the slopes, it felt like the perfect place to relax and unwind. The food was another highlight. The 7th-floor VIP lounge was exceptional — unbelievable breakfast each morning, lovely afternoon tea, and delicious appetizers before dinner. Having these offerings included truly elevated the entire experience. A very special thank-you to Michael, the VIP lounge manager, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. He arranged everything we needed, was always checking in, and even personally drove us to our tour one morning when taxis were unavailable. The complimentary shuttles and his genuine kindness made such a difference — he truly made us feel taken care of. This was the perfect winter getaway in every way. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and would absolutely return without hesitation.
