Very friendly receptionist (Mona). Very thorough and meticulous showing me the details of the charges. Very polite. All in all, I was completely satisfied and will be making it my regular place to stay when in Toronto.

Great motel and great stay for a trip. Only complaint is that the air conditioner was older which wouldn’t be an issue but the heater that was in the bathroom wouldn’t turn off all the way making it to where the ac and heat would be fighting with each other and the temp wouldn’t be stable. Shut the bathroom door though and it fixed it. Will be staying again!

Perfect little spot. Big room, a/c was noisy every now and again. Bed comfy, pillows not great, bathroom fine. Watched some tv and ordered a pizza in. Quiet...didnt hear anyone else and there were lots of vehicles in the lot

When checking in I was surprised my an immediate $150.00 secure charge put on my credit card but when leaving the refund still hasn’t been processed a few days later.
The room smelled bad, I think perhaps the carpet had been cleaned which might have caused the smell.
We only stayed one night.

We arrived at the hotel at 11:02 AM and noticed from the parking lot that the reception lights had just been turned off. We knocked on the door, but no one answered.
The sign posted on the door stated that the reception closes at 11:00 AM. This notice did not provide any phone number—an unacceptable situation.
The staff member we managed to contact using a number found online did not understand the seriousness of the situation, and only agreed to help after we pleaded with him.
The receptionist, who was clearly inside the hotel, eventually opened the door and handed us the room key with the attitude of someone who had been disturbed

This hotel was in horrible condition. Carpets were dirty near the bed and along the wall. Drawers didn't have handles so couldn't be opened. Towels were very thin and a couple of were stained. Tub had parts peeling and a stain. The towel rack was missing. There were no tissues. Bedspread was old and bed was lumpy. Bathroom ceiling was peeling. The lighting wasn't great and there were no USB port. There was no clock or phone. The staff was friendly but this motel needs to be renovated. This was not a good motel for us.

Nice stay for a couple of nights. The price was not so cheap and we could hear the neighbors through the walls, but the bedroom and the bathroom were clean, and the receptionist was welcoming. The motel did the job.
