A lot of food options nearby. Easily walkable to a lot of tourists attractions. Easy/affordable parking nearby. Only complaint is it seemed like room cleaning started around 7:30 am. A little early in my opinion.

Clean, quiet room. Friendly staff. Great location. Lots of shops, restaurants and entertainment nearly. Easy to walk to Stanley Park for the Seawall walk and Vancouver Aquarium. Also close to Granville Island

Moda is really, really convenient. In the heart of Vancouver, close to retail, to stadiums, to transport and more. The hotel is small but tidy. The room was very small and the bathroom has seen better days but the staff cleaned it daily and it always felt good to come back to a clean and looked after hotel. The cafe next door was a bit disappointing but I didn't score down for that but I would recommend people travel a block over to nova for waffles. That place was incredible!!

Location was good. Staff was friendly, parking option convenient. Street noise was overwhelming. CRAZY loud with traffic and emergency vehicles. Bring a white noise machine or be prepared to not sleep.

Only 1 mirror which was in the bathroom so i had to get ready with a makeup mirror every day The ac unut dripped water droplets The room was quite dark - another nirth American hotel that doesn’t fit large ceiling lights, just a couple of lamps

Great central location - good if you are on a budget and basic accommodations are all you need. Hallway up the stairs to the second floor rooms looked dirty and in need of a refresh but the room was fine.

This is a lovely boutique hotel very conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. The staff were extremely helpful. Our room was a little small with the two beds but certainly adequate. The quality of sheets and towels was high. However there is a bar downstairs and from our second floor room we heard the thumping of the music into the wee hours. A room on the upper floors might be better.

Location was excellent, close to all the theaters. The property has seen better days lots of nicks and worn bits but everything functioned as it should. The staff was great check-in was a breeze.
