We booked this hotel through Expedia. It was under construction and we didn’t get the room type we wanted. Beverly was amazing and changed us quickly gave us a great deal and was so supportive. We will definitely stay there again!

Hotel is renovating the main floor but the room I had is definitely showing its age. I stayed on the Ave C/Circle Drive side of the building very very noisy with traffic was surprised they don’t offer ear plugs because of this. Will definitely think twice about booking at this hotel again. Only good thing has two restaurants attached so didn’t have to drive anywhere for supper or breakfast.

Filthy, stinky, unsafe. This is not a hotel, it's a hostel. Very sketchy characters everywhere living in the "hotel". I especially didn't appreciate payjng for a non-smoking room only to have the whole building being hot-boxed with pot around the clock. I'd ask for a refund but after reading the google reviews thats likely not going to be honoured. Don't stay here if your clean, have children, or value your hard earned money. We almost slept in the car.

there was no trim around the doors in the hallway, the first room we were in there was bloody tissue on the floor and hair in the bathtub. they moved us to a second room free of charge, but it smelled of mold and the bathroom still didn't feel the cleanest

Customer service is barely there, you cannot reach them by phone, construction is happening, AC is so loud in the room that I was not able to sleep for both nights, because it was too hot not to turn it on. Room was not cleaned. There is no normal gym just a small tiny room that can fit only 1-2 people. Way overpriced for what it had to offer.
