This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.

After the first room was not cleaned we were moved to another. It would have been nice to know the pool at the hotel was not available prior to booking. I would not have booked at this hotel

No access to pool or hot tub. This was pivotal to our choice in this hotel and it was unavailable.

The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and warm.

Long delay getting into the room due to cleaning staff issues. They provided a discounted rate after asking for one.

We were disappointed to learn when we checked in the pool and hot tub weren’t working. Hadn’t been for over a week we were told. When you’re paying full price for a room you want all the amenities working. The ice maker on our floor wasn’t working either. I also had to pay a $100 damage deposit on my room rental on top of the room charge…that’s fine, but there was no receipt for it and I asked the front desk person to at least write somewhere and she wouldn’t. She said my credit card would be credited and not to worry. I really didn’t like the front desk persons attitude. Lots of other choices for our next stay in Saskatoon. It won’t be at the Sandman.

Room was clean and comfortable. However, very disappointed that the pool and hot tub have been down for maintenance for the last 2 weeks, until after we checked in. Kids were disappointed, as this was the primary reason we chose this place. No indication on Expedia that’s the pool amenities were not available

Good staff, good room, everything was clean. Excellent bed and pillows. Shark club lounge and Denny’s are both excellent places for food and drinks.

Very helpful front desk staff when we arrived at 4am. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel was prompt when she called them. Not fancy but a good sleep. Nice to have tea, coffee at the desk in the morning too.
