This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.

Clean rooms friendly staff.

Room was great. Had supplied dishes, cutlery, toaster and microwave. Bathroom was great and the shower was amazing. It was nice and clean. The pool was too cold for my kids to enjoy and the hot tub was out of order. So part of the reason we stayed there was unusable

No garbage disposal in room

The room was a basic room - it was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a good sleep because the room heater ran continuously without stopping. Not real noisy but we aren’t used to a heating unit running all night.

When we were checking out my wife found one dirty sock and a pair of plastic safety glasses on the floor of the closet. Also we had supper in Denny’s restaurant Saturday evening and the food was great and the service was fantastic. Then Sunday morning we had breakfast at the same restaurant and the food was good and the service was terrible. We were not asked how the food was and weren’t offered a second cup of coffee. We also had to call the waiter over to get our bill. We would definitely stay at the hotel again but would not eat at the restaurant.

Awesome hotel

Placed in room next to elevator, as a senior couple there was to much noise from what seem like some students there maybe on a tournament, they were laughing shouting and yes enjoying them selves but we were only going to get a shrt night sleep catching early flight, and yes the desk knew we would be leaving early I inquired about the airport shuttle

Hotel is very nice. No complimentary breakfast though. There is a Denny’s on location and the food is good. I booked through Expedia and it don’t mention the pool was down, so I bought trunks locally before checking in for no reason. Room was clean and quiet. Location is busy but it was in a good location in close proximity to were I was working.

The room was alright it was pretty warm in there but pretty good. When I checked out the lady said she would sent my receipt but I never received it

Yes. Just the second day there were no coffee cups in our room.
