I love this place. We a there every summer. Unfortunately pool didn't work this summer. But everything else was good.

Don’t even know where to start but absolute horrible experience from the check in time when our room was changed from a ground floor to first and no apologies for doing this without letting us know . Just saying we have no vacancy !! How does that matter to a customer who specifically booked a ground floor room?
Room was unclean , utensils were unclean. Toilet was grossly dirty with stains … omg the bed was lumpy .. barely any tv channels worked , safe was not working and micro was placed on top of fridge where it would not open .. then on top of this all we came back from a hike and there was No water . We called and were told very nonchalantly that the city is doing some sewer work .How do you run a hotel like this ? Do not waste your money !!!! If you want to be by the water, there are some beautiful places at okanagan lake and you can just walk to Skaha lake (6.1km hike ) …. You will thank me ! We have stayed in 6star luxury to some very decent Motels but this is one was the worst !

Our first room was very small.
The staff was nice enough to transfer us to a bigger room.
There was bugs in the sink , counters and bathtub.
Also it looked like someone wiped their butt with our bed sheets.
Will not return. Hopefully I can get my money back

The only thing between the motel and Skaha beach is a nice park , we stayed in the off season so it was nice a quiet I assume summer would be loud and busy it that might be fun too

The front staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was closed, but wasn’t advertised in the booking or website. There were broken floor tiles outside our room and the outdoor lounge area was closed. Our room (118) was small, but they all might be like that. That might be the worst bed I have ever slept on. You could hear the springs and my back wasn’t happy after 2 nights.

Liked that we could walk to Skaha Lake park. Nice and quiet at night. Our room was very small and poorly lit, except for a bright overhead light. Barhroom was nice, except when you turned on the light a very noisy fan came on. If i syayed here again i would get a room with a kitchenette.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We actually extended our stay by a night because we were having fun. We love the family friendly environment. Our one year old seemed to enjoy himself too! It’s quiet, and beautiful. We loved walking around and how accessible it is to necessities by foot and driving. We will definitely be staying here again.

Older property. Location is everything but way overpriced for what you get. Room was large and basic. However it could have been cleaner. Carpets need vacuuming and the walls needed cleaning around light switches and doors
