We arrived in the early hours of the morning and Anna attended to us. She was all smiles, friendly and very welcoming! This was so nice especially when we just got off a flight and was exhausted. We also had a free upgrade of rooms which were a pleasant surprise and the rooms did not disappoint. It was nice, big and very clean. Made resting so much better when it was a good environment. Rooms were cleaned everyday and amenities replenished daily. Staff was friendly and helpful!
Hotel was also in a super convenient place and we could walk to most places. The subway was also a short walk away! Overall was a super good stay and will return to stay here for subsequent Chongqing trips!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. One of the biggest highlights is its unbeatable location—just a short walk to Jiefangbei, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. Whether I wanted to shop, grab a bite to eat, or check out local attractions, everything was right at my doorstep.
The hotel itself was clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth and efficient. My room had a great city view and was well-maintained throughout my stay.
If you’re visiting Chongqing and want to stay close to the heart of the action, this is an excellent choice. Highly recommend for both leisure and business travelers!

連住四晚，客房非常整潔舒適！另外，必須盛讚重慶國貿格蘭維酒店的服務！當出租車剛到達停穩，酒店員工已箭步上前，流暢地將行李安置妥當；退房後更主動協助將行李搬上車，連後備箱角度都細心調整。事實上，所有員工都非常有禮、樂意提供協助！
酒店佔據「C位地段」，步行10分鐘直達洪崖洞，拐個彎就是解放碑商圈，周邊有大大小小的餐館，基本上我們都不用乘車去別的地方吃飯。行程其中兩天參加了一天團，很早出發，還好酒店自助早餐6:30已經開始，可以吃好喝好再出發。

The hotel is ok , just some of the rooms furniture needed to be changed and the breakfast is terrible details and make a big difference. I would stay at the J. Marriott. I’m a travel and I wanna give you the info .

予想していたよりかなりランクが高い部屋にしてもらったようで、かなり広い部屋だった。
ホテルは、多少古くはあったが、水回りなど要所要所が新しくされていて快適に過ごせた。サービスも丁寧だった。
朝ごはんの種類も多く色々食べれた。コーヒーなど補助が間に合わないものが多少あった。

The best hotel I've stayed in a long while. Price is pretty reasonable given it's off peak. Rooms are well appointed, and the hotel has all the expected facilities. What impressed me is the genuine serviced offered by the staff, especially the housekeeper on our floor and the concierge who helped with our troublesome taobao.

Staying at Glenview was a pleasure. I appreciated the attentive care that the front desk provided when checking in and out. They also answered all my questions I had and communication and care were out standing especially Grace. She provided me fantastic hospitality. The bellmen provided an excellent service when it came to delivering luggage and getting taxis. Thank you and you’re welcome were said every time I spoke to an employee. Very respectful and kind. The housekeepers provided excellent care of our room and made sure we had everything we needed in the room. As well as the cleaning they did which was fantastic. They also left us a note with kind words, which was a very nice touch to make us feel welcome.

Hotel is in a central location walkable to attractions, night market, shopping and restaurants. The top floor of the hotel has an amazing view of the city, especially at nighttime. Breakfast had variety of selections in western and Chinese styles. The weekend seafood dinner buffet was wonderful. We had a great time in Chongqing!

We had a fantastic stay at Glenview ITC Plaza. The staff were superb, the facilities of the hotel were great and the breakfast was yummy. Not to be missed: The high tea in the top floor.
