Staffs at the front desk and the lounge have been nothing but lovely. They’re helpful, polite and professional.

I stayed in the ritz Carlton the room was excellent of all the many hotels I have stayed in this is definitely in my top 3.
Very clean room excellent view from the room . Has everything you could ever need .
Coco is the most pleasant hotel staff member I have ever met and gives A star service . All hotel staff speak excellent English .
A was also extremely helpful when checking out and went above and beyond .
velian on check in was great and the lady from Kazakhstan also very helpful.
For service , Luxury and comfort in Shanghai you have to stay here . Thank you ritz Carlton . Also check out flair bar and the pool

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Shanghai was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort - warm, attentive, and always ready to assist. Sara, in particular, was incredibly accommodating. We had a room which took our breath away - floor-to-ceiling windows framing the iconic Oriental Pearl Tower, with the glittering skyline of Shanghai stretching out before us at night. Mornings were just as wonderful, with a sumptuous breakfast spread overlooking the Bund. The pool also had wonderful view but you will need a swimming hat to use it. The rooftop bar had amazing views but there’s a minimum spend. The location is also great. You can get to the Bund in around 15 minutes by Didi or taxi. There’s a metro station about 5 minutes away. Overall, every detail of our stay felt special, making it an unforgettable experience. We look forward to staying again next time we’re in Shanghai.

Probably the best choice for accommodation if you'd like to fall asleep and/or wake up with the pearl... The Oriental Pearl Tower of Shanghai that is. You may be disappointed though with the inspirited service and lackluster food and beverage offerings.

タクシーをすぐ手配してくれたり、タクシーでぼったくられていないかを心配して確認してくれたり、スーツケースが壊れてしまったときもデパートの修理まで同行してくれたり、困っていたらすぐに助けてくれる完璧で素晴らしいホテルでした。また絶対に宿泊しに行きたいほどだいすきなホテルになりました。

WOW WOW WOW What an Amazing Sevice, everything else is as a high end 5 star hotel should have, but we have never experienced the service we received at this hotel, honestly the service should get 10 stars - Rosy took so good care of us, absolute amazing. The hotel is located together with the ifc mall (best in Shanghai), and right next to the 3 tall buildings.

二泊しましたが、最も良かったのはクラブラウンジのクオリティです。雰囲気、料理の質ともに十分満足。スタッフも丁寧で感じが良い。部屋は、綺麗で落ち着けるのですが、以前上海の超高層階にある某ホテルに泊まった時のような感動はない。最後に、夕方18時から21時まで部屋の温水の温度が低く、お風呂に入れる状況ではなかった。この点だけ残念。

in room carpet is dirty. carpet on the walkway is also dirty. AC is not cool at all, so they move us to another room. we arrived on time and we communicated with them a while ago about our arrival time. but we still have to wait for 3 hours until our room is ready after 6pm. the overwhole equipments are terrible .
