O café da manhã foi uma grata surpresa com opções de omeletes personalizados. Todas as manhãs gentilmente preparavam omelete apenas de claras com salmão para mim, simplesmente delicioso. Amei a academia, a limpeza impecável e o suporte do recepcionista que nos ajudou com absolutamente tudo inclusive nos auxiliando a pedir um uber local. Ao adentrar no hotel existe uma maquina de raio x tamanha a preocupação com a segurança dos hospedes.

Viaggio di coppia per turismo al cairo: 50 minuti dal centro, davvero troppo scomodo e isolato. Il bagno (zona toilette) è diviso dalla stanza solo con una porta vetro che non raggiunge neppure il soffitto, perciò non isola minimamente odori o rumori , veramente inaccettabile per la privacy. Una delle piscine era inutilizzabile a causa dell’acqua putrida.

Très bel hôtel avec tout le confort nécessaire. Quelques points d’amélioration au niveau du house keeping : nous avons dû les appeler chaque jour car il manquait des choses dans la chambre (serviettes, papier toilette,…). Peut-être ajouter davantage de transats autour de la piscine pour éviter les déplacements de transats tout au long de la journée.

Probably one of the most amazing hotels I've ever experienced and I've been travelling arpund the world! Staff was amazing so caring and there for you. Food was INCREDIBLE! we felt pampered through all pur stay. If you go to Cair, go to this hotel!

Great stay

Nice property in new giza. When the sky is clear you can see the pyramids from the courtyard!

Unfortunately, the level of service at the hotel was well below the threshold of what you would expect at a five star hotel. Breakfast was OK but you couldn't get spoons, for example, unless you asked staff multiple times. Its also not great for families. We travelled with our 6 year old boy and everytime he needed to go to the bathroom or get something from the breakfast bar, we'd asked about our room number and whether we paid for the breakfast with the room! This has become a running joke at our house - "whats your room number?" At the cafe on the first floor, i bought my son a can of coke and then asked him to go and ask for an empty cup. The woman at the till came over to me and asked me to pay for the can of coke again thinking that my 6 year old had taken it without paying for it. No amount of explaining worked and in the end my husband asked her to please leave us alone. It's just not a hotel I would recommend for a family trying to have a relaxing vacation. It might work for older couples or tourists traveling with friends but not for families with children.

Great stay, friendly people and good maintenance!

My fiancé and I had a wonderful week stay. This hotel is definitely five stars. Clean friendly staff. Food buffet for breakfast and dinner is fantastic. Definitely would highly recommend.
