West Cairoという建設途中の街にある。中には大学もあり宿泊者は観光というより大学関連の方がメインだった。部屋基本的にあたらしく綺麗なのですが、浴槽とトイレが離れていて、ガラス扉なのがいまいち。しかも浴槽には高さ50cmくらいの敷居？湯船の壁？があり、毎回この50cmを乗り越える必要がある。高齢者や小児はまず浴槽に入れないであろう。脱衣所もよく理解できない設計になっていてそれ以外はOK

Fuyez! Les chambres sont sales
Tapis gris sol gris donc le ménage n’est pas fait correctement . Vos chaussettes blanches deviennent grises après 5 pas.
Poussière épaisse sur le cadre de lit. Des moumoutes de poussière dans les coins.
Évacuation de douche bouchée. Ce qui fait une piscine de 3 cm et qui déborde dans toute la salle de bain.
Nous avions réservé avec un enfant, le lit extra n’était pas prêt. Nous avons dû le réclamer 2 fois.
Le service est catastrophique et très très long.
Ils mentent sur les durées et disent qu’une personne est en chemin. En descendant on trouve la personne toujours pas sollicité.
Pour venir chercher les bagages nous avons dû appeler 3 fois puis descendre chercher un bagagiste.
Les cartes se démagnétisent chaque jour.
Piscine très froide
Petit déjeuner chère pour ce que c’est .
Et très mal situé. Loins des pyramides et du GME.
L’accès est aussi difficile.
Ce n’est pas un hôtel familial

Hotelli on kohtuullisen mukavalla paikalla 10 min automatka GEM-museoon ja 15 min pyramideille. Hotelli on alavalla paikalla ja osasta huoneita näykvät pyramidit.
2 H huone on riittävän suuri. Hotelli on jonkin verran vanha ja osassa huoneita pesutilassa on käsisuihku vain kylpyammeessa.
Aula- ja allastilat ovat avarat ja viihtyisät. Uima-allas on suuri, vesi puhdas ja lämmitetty.
Aamiainen on monipuolinen ja erittäin hyvä ja palvelu toimii nopeasti ja hyvin.
Päivällistä tarjotaan a'la carte listalta ( joka on aika suppea) ja joinakin iltoina on buffet.
Henkilökunta on ystävällistä ja palvelualtista.
Kaiken kaikkiaan kodikas rauhallinen ja viihtyisä hotelli ja kohtuuhintainen.

The Hyatt Regency is a reliable hotel that serves as a safe oasis. It is located in Cairo West, which is a bit far from Cairo proper but very convenient for seeing the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum in Giza. The staff are attentive and friendly, easily accommodating a fast check-in at 5:00 AM. The common spaces are nice, the pool is enjoyable, and we had good meals throughout our stay, including breakfast on all four days. My only minor critique involves the cafe area. It seems every man smokes in Egypt, but management should try to prevent smoking or the lingering smell of smoke in the cafe. Overall, it is a comfortable and practical choice for visiting the local monuments. You will feel secure and comfortable staying here.

Sehr neues, modernes Hyatt Regency Cairo West in hervorragender Lage bei den Pyramiden von Gizeh und dem Grand Egyptian Museum (ca. 1 Std. vom Flughafen).
Sehr schöne Poolanlage, hochwertige Ausstattung.
Speisenqualität durchweg sehr hoch, große und vielseitige Speisekarte.
Lounge Bar ganztägig top – besonders hervorzuheben Mahmoud Ali und das professionelle Barteam.
Kleine Abzüge: einmal kein Housekeeping, Föhn im Zimmer fehlte und musste angefordert werden, Frühstücksservice eher langsam und wenig präsent (Auswahl & Qualität sehr gut).
Fazit: Tolles Hotel mit viel Potenzial – mit kleinen Verbesserungen klar 5-Sterne-fähig.

My first time in Cairo was met with an exceptional hotel. Clean, modern upscale. Kind and helpful staff. Views of the (distant) pyramids. PHENOMINAL breakfast buffet -gotta sample the eggplant! Given the opportunity, I would happily stay again.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Room was clean and spacious. Good breakfast buffet selection. Amenities were excellent. Pool looked inviting just didn’t have time to try it.
The only negative for me is that smoking is allowed in the common areas (which seems to be common practice in Egypt)

Un sans faute a tous les niveaux !

O Hotel maravilhoso, alto padrão de qualidade, limpeza e com atendimento educado, atencioso. Parabenizo em especial ao time de concierge que sempre muito educados, extrovertidos, divertidos com extremo profissionalismo — fizeram toda a diferença durante a estadia.
