Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. For any questions, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email from the property with reservation deposit payment instructions for any bookings where payment for the stay will be made on site instead of at the time of booking. The reservation deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link and due within 24 hours of receiving the email. Please note that as per the regulations of the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism, travelers who are not citizens of Egypt must pay in non-Egyptian currency. Non-citizens with proof of residency in Egypt may pay in local currency with proof of residency, and a money exchange receipt from a local registered bank or FX exchange route. All guests, including children, are required to present a valid government-issued ID card at check-in. A birth certificate should be presented for children younger under 12 years old.
